Doctor Catalon is awesome! Seeing the low rating in these reviews is upsetting because they are reviewing her based on the healthcare system rather than her as a Doctor. She is very thorough and personalizes every patient encounter to accommodate the needs of that particular patient. My son is 9 & has been seeing her since he was a baby. My newborn daughter is special needs and will see Dr. Catalon as well because we love the care she has provided our son. As a healthcare professional myself, please do not rate someone’s care based on the healthcare system. Many times, our hands are tied and we just have to try to do the best we can while also abiding by our facility protocols.

Dr. Stacy Catalon is a GREAT doctor. Trying to get to her office is horrible. You have to call the "Call center" first and sometimes you are on hold for 30+ min. If you have to call back you have to go through the same thing. No phone calls back It is crazy how you can not just call her office. one recording after another HORRIBLE

We love Dr. Stacy Catalon. My kids used to see her dad, who was also wonderful, but we live closer to Dr. Stacy's practice. She has a great bedside manner, listens to all a patient's concerns, and is very friendly and respectful. We have been going to her for at least 8 years.

We have been going to Dr. Catalon for about 3 years now and she has progressively gotten worse. It is nearly impossible to book an appointment with her unless you are willing to wait weeks to see her. Which makes no sense, when you have a sick child. She no longer offers same-day appointments to book online and her office staff is hit or miss on being friendly and/or helpful. This has happened EVERYTIME I have tried to make an appointment over the last 2 years. When I brought up this complaint to her, she just said sorry, with no resolution and just said she had a lot of "well visit" and "sports visit" appointments and so her poor service continues.
