Dr.Tim is like a trusted friend who happens to my dentist. My only interaction with Dr.Tim is on a profession level as a patient. He always and all ways has my best interests in mind. I also have had limited interaction with Dr Lisa and she too has my best interest in mind. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable

As new patients, we asked for an appointment for my husband and I for a teeth cleaning which had not been done for a couple years due to the covid pandemic. After numerous x-rays and gum pokings, the dental hygienist did not end up cleaning either my, or my husband's teeth. When my husband asked the dentist filling in if we were going to get our teeth cleaned as requested, the answer was that we were, but the hygienist hadn't got to it yet. Then, apparently my husband's hygienist informed the dentist that she was not going to clean our teeth, but instead made the decision we would both need a scaling and planing. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this office and are waiting to see if they charge our insurance for a cleaning which was never performed. From our experience, this practice is quite questionable and would not be recommended..
