I have been going back and forth on whether to write a review.

I saw this dentist while in pain and was talked into a procedure that was to relieve the pain. It did not and it was a bad job that ended up getting infected. I paid out of pocket for the procedure by the way.

I called back a week later in pain jaw still swollen only to be sold something else and told it was due to the work that my mouth was still swollen and in pain.

I went to another dentist who had to go back and revise the work because it was done badly and got infected. So in all I have had 4+ procedures on the same tooth and spent thousands of dollars.

The fact that after I came to this office and even called back with issues nobody ever reached back out to follow up and see how I was doing or even bring me back not that I will ever return to this office.

Then to add on top of things they suggested over 10,000 worth of work that I need half of which has never been mentioned by anyone ever. Plus I was supposed to get a cleaning but of course I was told I need a special cleaning that was not covered by insurance so I paid for that and was actually charged twice and when I told them that they denied.

Just all around bad experience that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy nor ever want to go through again.

And before they mark my review as fake and not a patient but I have the receipts... no accountability.

I was looking forward to my dentist appointment the day I went in. I was going in because I had a chip tooth that had to be fixed the chip was small but it was noticeable to me. So I went into the office everything was great I did My X-rays. The lady who did those was great and she was very informative. So then it was time to fill my tooth in so the doctor recommended that he shave both my teeth down to make them even. I didn’t want to change my smile I just want to chip filled in. So he proceeds with the fill in. Well the job was so fast. I felt that he over drilled and made the chip even bigger and he said I’m going to make the tooth bigger so it wont chip again. So the assistant hands me the mirror and my tooth was definitely big and longer than the other. So the doctor had already the room so she has to go back and get him to fix my tooth. So he comes back in and instead of sitting down to fix my tooth he standing up and drills to make my tooth even with the other one. Then he leaves the room and the assistant hands me the mirror and I’m telling her the color isn’t right, she says I don’t see the difference. So im like ok I walk outside and get in my car take a picture and come back in to show her that color is off by that time the doctor was gone and My tooth was so big that I could feel a bridge from the composite and where my tooth was. Honestly I was very disappointed at the work that was done that I still had to pay for. I call to ask for my money back because the work wasn’t right at all and it was rushed. The Doctor says the work was done so I can’t get my money back. The work was not done properly and no I didn’t want to come back in especially after the rushed experience I had. Definitely should have read the reviews beforehand.

I literally pulled up in the parking lot 15 mins before my appointment and my phone was ringing with the receptionist saying that the doctor was stuck in the airport and could not service me today! 15 mins before my appointment time you would think I would receive a call hours ago seeing he’s not even in town!!! I will never reschedule and I read the yelp reviews you guys have horrible bedside manner and literally all one stars! I am extremely pissed seeing I don’t live near the office!

I did not like our experience here at all! My son needed to have his baby teeth all 7 of them extracted. I was told his baby teeth are not rooted so it would be a simple numbing solution to extract the teeth. My son was in pain the whole time while having all 7 teeth extracted! The last two teeth the doctor proceeded with numbing him properly because of the amount of pain my son was in. Disappointed with the outcome. I do not recommend this place! And not to mention, Dr. did not introduced himself when he walked in to the room. Not to mention, my appointment was at 11:30am and we were seen around 12:35!!! Unprofessional and disappointed!

I was very disappointed. I was so excited to visit because I hadn’t been in such a long time. The visit was rushed, the lady walking around with the short dress, offered no payment options, just a point blank price, no suggestions or other opportunities to fix my smile. It was just very different from the first time,MANY years ago.

Dr Eaglin knows his work. He doesn't prolong the appointment/Procedures. He moves in a timely manner to assure your dental care is taken care of. Staff is friendly and the office is clean and tidy. He is willing to work with you and help you in your dental needs! This is now my home dentist and would recommend !!!

I have been going to Eaglin dental group for more than 10 years now. The staff is always very pleasant and professional, and Dr. Eaglin is great. He’s very knowledgeable and gets the job done well and quickly. Dr. Eaglin stays up to date with all the tried and true best practices and procedures available and his office is equipped with the latest technology in the dental industry. Danielle, the Dental Hygienist that I see is fantastic. She is very thorough, gentle , and takes great care of my teeth. She is extremely professional and always makes sure to educate me regarding my particular needs and proper hygiene care. They answer my questions and concerns with respect and candor, giving me confidence with their answers. I would highly recommend this practice for dental care for your entire family.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This dentist does NOT need to be in practice and we will be reporting to medical dental board. He is negligent and its obvious doesn't know what he is doing and should never touch any human being.
Trying to do oral surgeon work when it's very apparent it's way out of his realm of specialty.
He removed only two wisdom teeth with only pain shots. Felt everything! Almost passed out from the pain a jerking of my face. Never changed into clean gloves when leaving bedside multiple times during procedure to go get more tools or whatever he went to do. Major infection ended up in hospital. I wouldnt even take my dog here. Shame on this facility. Definitely money hungry and uneducated of dental procedures. Sad that even his nurse said to me to never come back because no one deserves to be put in this much pain.
