I went in with an emergency situation. I had an abscessed tooth and needed help immediately due to severe swelling and pain. The staff was super sweet but the man that performed my oral surgery was beyond awful. He looked at my xrays and informed me I would have to have oral surgery. He proceeded to tell me that he would numb me up but the gas really doesn’t do anything so he wasn’t going to bother. I informed the man that I suffered from severe anxiety and situations like these, where I had no control and knew I was going to be in pain really freaked me out. He dismissed my comment completely and proceeded to perform the surgery, I instantly freaked out and was very verbal on the pain I was experiencing. He told me repeatedly to shut up because there were people in the lobby and he didn’t want to scare them. At one point out of pure instinct my hand came up because I was afraid he had broken another tooth because I heard a loud crack. He swatted my hand away and said no hands. Which is obvious, I get it but I couldn’t control my reflex. Overall the experience was extremely unprofessional he was very rude to me and dismissive of my feelings. I’m sure once he was done he wished he would’ve given me the gas. And when I walked out there wasn’t a single soul in the lobby.

I had to have an deep cleaning of my teeth. I had not been to the dentist in 3 years or 4. They made sure that I did not feel any pain. The Dentist and Whitney did an amazing job on my teeth. I am more then happy and grateful for the service. I dont have dental insurance, so it was a blessing to have my teeth taken care of. I can smile now.😍🤩
