East Brainerd Dentistry is awesome. The greet you and show nothing but kindness and southern hospitality. The dental hygienist are so polite and respectful. Rachel was also so sweet to me, making sure that l was comfortable and she asked me was l ok. Asking me general questions and constantly staying please and thank you. She made me feel like a King especially since l didn't want to be there. East Brainerd Dentistry is the best and they are top notch and professional. Dr Brown explained everything to me to the T, and helped me with all my doubt and fears. Thank you to East Brainerd the best 👌.

Warm greeting as soon as I walked through the door. Comfortable and inviting waiting room. Didnt take long for Kelly to come and get me for my six month follow up. Kelly is great. She is kind and good to have a mumbled conversation with. In and out in no time at all. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at East Brainerd Dentistry. The entire team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Most recently, I had a crown and two fillings placed, and I was thoroughly impressed with how the staff handled the process. They walked me through every step, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and fully informed throughout the process. That level of care and communication made all the difference.

I’ve been going to EB Dentistry for over 20 years - Hooper senior was my dentist and now his son Charlie. And while their staff has grown and changed a bit - the care is still at the highest levels. My kids have gone here since they were old enough to see a dentist about 3 (now 13 & 18) & they love seeing Mrs. Dee for their cleaning.

I had a filling come out and needed a crown. I looked online and came across East Brainerd Dentistry. The website said they could do a crown while you are there, one trip, no temporary, no waiting several days to get your crown. I called and got an appointment. When I arrived They took me straight back no waiting. They lived up to their promise. I walked out with my crown. The staff are fantastic from the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave. Dee is so gentle yet thorough, and I love Dr. Brown. The office is beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere. The harmony and comraderie that exists is palpable. What a wonderful dental experience!!

I love this dentist office however at my last visit the hygienist was not very friendly and I felt like she rushed through my cleaning. This was the first time I’ve ever felt this way about this office so maybe she was just having an off day. I would request to not have her clean my teeth again.

They have been keeping my dental hygiene perfect for 4 or 5 years now. Best practice I’ve been to. They don’t keep you there for hours pressuring you into unnecessary services. Very thorough and efficient.
