Dr Chin is very professional, patient, and nice. On my first visit I couldn't exactly nail down where my toe pain came from. Dr Chin examined my pain area and asked me to return to him at my earliest convenience after duplicating the movements I did that caused the foot pain before he concluded what he thought were the problems to further treat my foot pain. A few days later, I returned and managed to pin point my foot pain area. Dr Chin immediately reexamined and treated my foot pain. It helps. The office also didn't charge me twice. I just made another appointment to see him in a couple days. Jasmine, the office staff is very sweet.

Dr Chin provided me with a consultation and then orthotics design. They have been doing wonders, much more comfortable, and I really appreciate Dr Chin's patience in explaining the nuances of my feet and how to address my foot pain.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful, I'm not sure why a couple other reviewers gave such poor rating (I smell review bomb since they have the same last name). Don't hesitate to see Dr Chin!

Dr Chin is the whole package. 1) Knowledgeable about his speciality and approach. 2) customer/patient focused, didn’t hesitate to call me directly to check in on how I was doing. 3) punctual and on time, when was the last time you had your doctor get you in and out at the time he/she said they would?

Dr. Chin performed a bunionectomy on my foot and I had excellent results! I found his office staff to be helpful and communicative. I returned a few months later after a car accident and had a Mortons neuroma that was treated and eventual surgery. Again, great care and results. Highly recommend Dr. Chin.

I’ve always struggled with the occasional ingrown toenail and been the type to dig it out myself and get on with my life. Until recently this worked just fine, I found myself with a big toe that just would not stop hurting. I couldn’t walk on it, it hurt to put a shoe on, and my haphazard attempt to remedy the situation only made things worse. Finally I gave up and decided to enlist the help of a professional.

I was referred to Dr. Chen by a mutual friend whom we both cycle with, which immediately put me at ease. By the time I got back into a room and he had a look at my toe he presented me with a few options, and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each plainly and simply. We made a decision, he numbed my toe with a local anesthetic and removed the offending nail shard. By that evening the anasthetic had worn off, I had some residual soreness, but was already comfortable walking around in shoes without a limp.

Dr. Chen is fantastic, very personable, professional, and efficient. If you find yourself with a stubborn nail or worse, I can’t reccomend him highly enough.

Waste Of Time And Money.

I called before the visit and they assured me that my insurance covers the visit. I went in and told him what the issue was and he confirmed it, he suggested surgery and charged me $200 for a 10 min consultation visit and it was not covered by my insurance.
