Excellent Staff, kind and ethical practice. Needed an emergency extraction recently and they were able to accommodate me on short notice and scrambling to get the referral. The working time was probably under 20 minutes. It was virtually pain free. It was about 48 hours ago as of writing and I am quite comfortable. They are clear with aftercare instructions and were warm as I left.

The office is beautiful. It was well maintained and clean. It is open and bright inside. The equipment was comfortable and seemed modern. So even when waiting for the topical or the Novocain its quite fine.

Thank you to the Staff and to Dr Eftimie for taking care of me!

Dr. Eftimie and staff are simply the best! Having 4 wisdom teeth removed in my late 60’s, I was very concerned about a poor outcome. However, from beginning to end, the entire experience was positive, with very little swelling, no pain and no adverse effects from the extractions.

No one likes going to the dentist and even more so, not an oral surgeon! I have to say Dr Eftimie was so awesome. The staff was great and they all made us feel comfortable. My husband had to get 5 teeth taken out and prep for implants. He was in 2 hours!
I highly recommend him!

I’ve been to this doctor twice for both my kids wisdom teeth extraction. I have had an amazing experience with him both time. The only issue I have is with his front office staff not knowledgeable about “caregiver reports.” My minor child was brought in for follow up post op day 5 because she was having facial numbness and was recommended to be seen in the office. My husband who had to call in for work to take her in to be seen was denied a caregiver report or a note for work because he was not the patient and then to be told to provide the note that was under my daughters name to his employer. Just FYI my husband works for a government entity and they are strict about call offs etc. A courtesy letter simply stating that the child in question was simply brought in to the office by my husband would have sufficed that requirement but the office staff refused to and now my husband has a negative mark because he cannot provide this letter. Please educate your staff on parents with minors and caregiver notes for employers.

Dr. Eftimie and his staff are so friendly and professional. Their office is very clean and beautiful. I had never been put under for surgery prior to and I was so nervous. They made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. It was like the whole process was over before it even began! A day after, I feel great and Dr. Eftimie calls to check in with you post-op to make sure you’re doing okay. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need to see a specialist, call Dr. Eftimie!

I don't like dental work at all. Having instruments shoved in my mouth and me having to awkwardly act as if nothing is wrong and I'm not freaking out is not a fun experience. At this office the staff and surgeon are amazing. They're considerate of your time and your needs. All of my appointments were quick and easy in regards to the removal of my wisdom teeth. They did all four at once and within two days I was eating normal food and had no pain. Compared to friends who've had awful experiences I can argue that mine was one of the best. This guy definitely knows what he's doing and I would recommended that everyone check out this office for the easiest and least painful removal of wisdom teeth.

Went in to have all four wisdom teeth removed. The office is clean and comfortable. During both the consultation and the surgery, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, working with me and my schedule so that I could have the surgery before the start of the UC school year. I had to have general anesthesia, and while they were prepping me, they provided me with a warm blanket over my legs to keep me from getting cold. The evening after my surgery was done, Dr. Eftimie called to check up on me, which was a nice touch.

While I certainly didn't enjoy getting my wisdom teeth extracted, I am glad that I went here. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eftimie and the Riverside Oral & Maxillofacial office.

This place is amazing! I was referred here by my general dentist (who also rocks!!) for 3 implants. I also needed a super tough bone graft. I was scared!!! Dr. Eftimie is extremely kind, patient and gentle! He’s funny and makes you feel like you’re at home and that this scary dental thing is “not a big deal” and it’ll be over quick! Haha! He’s the best! The offices were super clean and the people! Oh these people! So friendly and sweet. Throughout!! I felt at ease and comfortable! 5 stars all the way!!
Would give more if I could!
