One of the kids treated Mom to a 1 hour massage here. Sonja did a great job on her. I liked it because the cashier offered us water while waiting (cold OR room temp!) and made us feel at home while we waited. An enjoyable experience for everyone!

I receive a massage once a month and it is the best. Art is a great masseuse. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. The pricing is so reasonable...why not get a massage more often.

Terribly deceiving company that will lie cheat and steal to keep taking your money! Signed up for a monthly membership and was never informed of the "fine print"......turns out you need to cancel in writing on a specific form 60 days before you actually want it to end so they can keep taking your money. This is not a consumer driven business. Find another message therapist

My daughter and I had massages here while vacationing in the area. This was an exceptional experience. The venue is clean and relaxing and the reception staff is most welcoming. My massage with Greg was one of the best I've ever had and my daughter said Art was also terrific. I highly recommend this Elements!

So to start with, I get on average 2 massages per month for 20 years so am very experienced. I decided to try this yesterday after a long weekend of hiking. I got in same day for 7pm. was called to ask if I could come in at 6 since they had a cancellation and I was happy to help. I got in my room at 6:05 for a 90 min full body "hard" massage. I explained some troubled areas (calves, forearms). I also explained I had some scar tissue on my shoulder from a surgery a year ago.

During this full body 90 min, my hands, feet, hamstrings, arms (no part of) head, neck were ever touched. Just my shoulders, back and calves. My forearms (which I explained were tight were never touched). On top of it all, when I looked up after she left it was 7:25....10 min short of 90 min. The front desk tried explaining how they allow time for set up/etc...this is bulls*&^ as I have had 100's of 90 min massages that actually last 90 min.

Basically I was cut short 10% and over half my body wasn't even massaged. On top of it my shoulder is more sore than it has ever been. I was nice and came in an hour early to help them and they couldn't even make it 90 min. The person just wanted to be done. Have never had a massage like this before. Don't tell me 80 min is normal or focusing on 3 body areas for 90 min is either when I never asked. Disappointed and would look for other places.
