Dr. Richie is extremely knowledgeable in his field and treatment was successful for getting me back on track for my goals. When I first started with Dr. Richie, I had tried chiropractic and stretching with no luck with the goal of completing Hyrox in 1 month and was unable to put weight on my leg after a weekend trail run. Working with Dr. Richi at ElevateYou has been the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. I went in with back pain and he identified the issue, explained the cause, and worked with me to resolve the source of the issue in just a few sessions. After that, he helped resolve a slew of other nagging issues I’ve been experiencing off and on for years, all with protocol to prevent those issues in the future, and alleviate them if they arise again.
