I have seen Dr. Trish Ellingson for a couple of different things but my favorite is the 10 Day Anti-Inflammatory Cleanse that I did. Usually when you think of a cleanse, you think juice only or little food. However this one was so easy, I was never hungry. It included all whole foods that were clean and left me fully satisfied. The supplements and shakes were easy and left me feeling energized.
I slept great and was fully rested as well. There is no coffee on the cleanse but I didn't miss it. I actually stayed off of it for a couple of months. Even now I only have a little here and there- and it's more for the taste, not the energy boost. I also didn't have the sugar cravings that I'd been having.
Overall I lost weight but more than that I just felt like I'd hit the Reset button on my body and life. I encourage anyone that just feels like they need to get rid of the "blah" or "gunk" in their body to try her 10 day cleanse!

I have lost more thank twenty pounds in four months and my menopausal symptoms are almost non existent. I love this new way of eating. No medications for me.
