The doctors are very thorough efficient and caring my son has gastrointestinal issues another gastroenterologist ., just put him on a diet ., this office dr. Did a full comprehensive evaluation and found an abnormality in one of his organs . I want to thank everyone in this office so much . 🙏

WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER. When calling in to try to made appointments they say can’t get you in for months. Randomly hang up on you when your on hold. I finally had an appointment met with PA not even Dr. Elsakr. She ordered some tests and scheduled a procedure with Dr. Elsakr. I saw him 5 min before they put me under for the procedure. Never heard back from his office regarding the results from blood work, ultrasound or Biopsies they took. Had stomach pains days after procedure called office to see if I could get in to see Dr. Was told you have an appointment next month if its that bad go to the emergency room. Dr. Elsakr seemed knowledgeable and had good bedside manners for the 5 min I saw him. Too bad his office staff is so bad. If your looking at getting an appointment here I would look elsewhere.

Dr. Elsakr is the BEST Doctor ever! He is patient, kind, and listens, but most of all through! His Staff is Great too! The only problem l have is they change your appointment time without letting you know it, until a few days before. This is the second time they've done this to me. So Beware!

The front office staff are not knowledgeable at all. They do not like their jobs and it’s obvious. They try to regurgitate notes from the doctor but don’t have any comprehension. Those that answer the phone are also rude.

Dr. Magdy Elsakr is probably the best doctor I've ever seen! I had a colonoscopy for the first time and opted to do it without being put under, and he agreed that it was fine. During the operation he was very informative and him/his staff were hilarious. 110% recommend him!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. For something as personal as this, the office is VERY professional. I am sure he has heard all the jokes, yet he continues to laugh with you to make you feel more at ease. Hi anesthetist, Steve Brown is excellent, and I am impressed that Dr. Elsakr sees the need for his help during the procedure. My primary care physician received his report the same day as the procedure, and intervened as needed.

The staff at this office are all very professional, friendly and patient. Their all knowledgable in this field and take the time to explain what their doing. Dr Elsakr is amazing. In my opinion he is the best at what he does. I trust him completely and always know that i'm in good hands with him. Not only does he know what he's doing, he has a great bedside manner and he is so nice. I like that he takes the time to talk to his patients before and after the procedures and he explains everything to you. I also like that he's never to busy to smile. He actually makes you feel comfortable and more relaxed. The surgery center is always busy, one patient after another, which shows so many people trust and rely on him. Eventhough its busy, I have never felt rushed or that im not getting the attention i deserve. The nurses take their time with you, Steve the guy who helps you sleep takes his time and asks you questions and he actually helped me to relax even before any medicine. Dr Elsakr runs a very professional surgery center with highly qualified staff. I have been there multiple times now for both colonoscopy and endoscopy and i will continue to go there as long as Dr Elsakr is in business. Thank you Dr Elsakr and all your staff. You always make an unpleasant situation turnout to be an okay experience.
