Burned lip…
I was referred here by my dentist for a procedure. The place was clean and the dentist was nice, things were going so well. Then, during the procedure I felt a quick sharp sting on my lip while he was using a machine. The pain came and went very quickly. After the procedure was done I looked at my lip, while still in the dental chair and saw this strange mark along with swelling on my lip. I realized that he burned me. (My lip was still numb at this point.) They tried to wipe it off but obviously you can’t wipe away a burn.
Now I have to walk around with this strange burn on my lip until it heals and hopefully it doesn’t leave a permanent scar.

Also, the laser used doesn’t seem worth the price that they charge. It was used for a few seconds during my procedure and it’s priced at $250. Drilling was still required and it did not seem to cut down on the time of the procedure since it still look almost 2 hours when the dentist said it would take about a hour.

I don’t know when my lip will heal or if it will leave a scar. The dentist attempted to blame it on the procedure being difficult but I don’t think that excuse is cause to burn my lip. The proper response is “sorry, I made a mistake”.
I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Clearly, I’ll be going somewhere else in the future.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Ali Rezal and staff. I was anxious at the beginning but everyone was so gracious and friendly so I felt comfortable right away. They explained what was going to happen and why during each stage of the procedure.
I am recovering well and if necessary will feel good about returning to this Practice and would recommend it as a warm, friendly and efficient place to go to get great service.

A visit to the dentist can cause people to be apprehensive, but there is no need to be concerned when visiting Endo Care. From the time I walked in and was greeted, my entire visit was pleasant. Alan set me up for the doctor and assisted him through the procedure. Doctor Tran was professional and and the procedure was painless and was over before I knew it. The most painless root canal that I've had. The next day the office checked on me to see if all went well. I don't plan on another root canal, but if ever needed I would hope that it could be performed at Pinole Endo Care.

Dr. Ali Rezai performed my very first root canal today. I was terrified going in. The staff at Endo care were fantastic. The procedure was easy on my end and painless. Dr Rezai and Nashwa have impeccable bedside manner. They were very gentle and kind throughout the whole process. It was honestly nothing like I thought it would be and I’m very glad that I got it done. I would highly recommend Endo Care if you’re like me and scared of root canals and dental work.

Pleasantly surprised that my root canal procedure went so smoothly. Minimal to no pain during the procedure and didn't need additional pain killers afterward. I was made aware of what was happening before and during throughout the procedure.

Dr. Tran and his staff were wonderful. Staff was pleasant and courteous and Dr. Tran explained everything beforehand. I even received a phone call over the weekend to assure everything was fine. Such a caring practice!
