Shauna at Epperson Physical Therapy is the best! Unlike any other PT I’ve been to, she actually spends the entire session with you, one-on-one. She didn’t just hand me a list of exercises and leave me to it – she was right there, helping me through each move, making sure I was doing them right. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you feel better. She’s super knowledgeable, encouraging, and great to work with.

I highly recommend Dr. Shauna Epperson, the small business owner of Epperson Physical Therapy. Shauna is patient, knowledgeable and caring. Love this cash pay practice! She is worth every dollar I have spent - improving my quality of life and addressing my pain. Shauna has an advanced Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. I love that all of my sessions are 1 on 1 with Shauna. My entire session is spent with her as my provider – no interns or other Physical Therapist Assistants like it is at other Physical Therapy Clinics. From the first visit I had with her, we got to talk about my complicated bladder issues/chronic pelvic pain medical history for 60 minutes. She listened and developed a personalized treatment plan for me to get back to the activities I love. We have been working on scar tissue mobilizations to address my restrictions from previous multiple abdominal/pelvic surgeries, and mobility exercises to decrease the tension in my pelvic floor. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist and a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, she has also helped me work with other medical providers, including a licensed Counselor, to address my whole body and mind healing. Since Shauna is a cash pay provider, I have used her “Medical Appointment Consultation services to come with me to appointments to help advocate for my needs.

Shauna is wonderful to work with. Her knowledge, experience and personality are great! My daughter has had an amazing experience and she has worked with many different PT over the years. I think her best epxerience has been with Shuana at Epperson PT!!
My daughter is a XC runner and was injured this season. The trainer at her H.S and coaches did not recognize why she was injured. Shauna figured it out because of her skill and knowledge. She is now also working 1:1 with Ryan for strength training to fix the problem that was discovered. What an amazing collaboration to have them working together.

Shauna Epperson is hands down the best at what she does. I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and in severe pain. I am a very active person. I love to hike and run and love to lift heavy. Shauna listened to me and understood that I did not want to give up any of this. We worked hard to get me back to where I was before and gave me several tools to continue to use so I stay healthy. She’s easy to communicate with and puts you at ease! I live 45 minutes from the office and it was absolutely worth the drive for the best quality care. I will never go to anyone else!
