Great Dr. But I don't know why you have an appointment when they over book and you never get in on time. If each patient takes 15 min each then you book 2 per half hour not 5. They should know about how long each patient takes per visit. You should at least be called into the back at your appointment time awaiting to see the Dr.

The Dr is fine. The issue is the staff. Everything related to appointments, paperwork, changes, fees, basic questions & answers has been a challenge if not a hard fought battle. The staff is young, rude, lazy, and incompetent and in dire need of a true seasoned professional leader. Your bill only has codes and getting them explained is met with distain. There is good reason to check because having done so my wife caught a mistake in billing for a proceedure that was not done. Each subsequent request to explain the bill is met with further distain! Paperwork is never done promptly, sometimes not fully completed, and once so poorly done it is rejected. Claims of leaving messages are unfounded, but how do you argue with an office manager who so regularly and comfortably lies...she is like a mini-Donald Trump. She has claimed to have left message on my wife's cell phone. Funny, I can't do that because her cell phone voice mail has NEVER been activated! It would be one thing if it was solely and issue with my wife's word vs. her's but other insurance & doctor's offices have said they did not get the requested paperwork that she always claims to have faxed then ALWAYS waits until the last minute to finally provide. A promise to send something the next day is finally executed at 4:59, the very very last second of the day. This is done purely out of spite like a child. It is NOT worth the effort to see any doctor all the while having to battle with his staff. KEEP LOOKING, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

After a successful surgery by Dr. Naasz to repair my torn ligaments in my ankle I have sinceI gotten my life back. My Ankle is stronger than before my injury, THANK YOU! Office staff was amazing, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Literally sitting in a room right now waiting on the dr. Been in this room for close to an hour. He hires only pretty latinas, i can hear him and his female staff walking around joking while patients are waiting.

Very bad experience with the doctor, and staff. Specially with fees, appointments, and paperwork. I have called his office several times within 10 months to clarify a charge and it is still not resolved.
