Over a year ago, ES3 Physical Therapy transformed my recovery journey. At the time, Heather, my PT, helped me navigate my torn shoulder rehab and got me back to surfing without pain. Recently, after another injury (thoracic vertebrae compression fracture), Chelsea was my assigned PT. Her guidance in rebuilding my back, core, and addressing knee issues related to the fracture was invaluable. Today, as I complete my physical therapy journey, I'm not only functional but returning to the waves, thanks to Chelsea's dedication.

ES3 comes highly recommended from both me and my wife. This women-owned and led clinic fosters a unique environment of camaraderie, making recovery a positive and effective experience. I'm grateful for their support in regaining my physical health.

The first time I went to see Renee, she said “I love when people come to me after they’ve tried everything else.” I didn’t understand why, but now I do. I had debilitating neck pain and had been to every doctor, masseuse, chiropractor, and acupuncturist in town. Minus a few hours of relief here and there (and a lot of muscle relaxers), nothing worked. Then, I was recommended to ES3 by a friend. I called in and asked if I could see Renee (PT, DPT, OCS- don’t leave out the OCS). Surprisingly, I made more progress in my first session than I had in the 6 months before it. Renee and the team truly care about your recovery and somehow even make PT fun. I am happy to say I am completely pain free now and have been back for other minor nagging injuries that she knocked out for me effortlessly. I am so grateful for Renee and the whole ES3 team (shoutout Alli and Maca for the chocolate/laughs). Hopefully I won’t need to come back too soon, but I’m old so I probably will. If you have an injury that won’t go away and are living with pain or discomfort, give ES3 a call. They’re the best in the biz!!!

I HIGHLY recommend ES3. As a military veteran, I have had many physical therapists through the years, both while active duty and through the VA. I can genuinely say I have never, ever had such good care as I have had at ES3. You see the PT at every appointment, and they really monitor and encourage your progress. The environment is fun, supportive, and extremely caring. Absolutely choose ES3!

Renee has been my physical therapist for surgeries and injuries for quite some time, and as someone who has seen a lot of physical therapists, I can recommend her very highly. She has incredible skills as a physical therapist and enjoys taking on challenging cases (which has been great for me). I also love the way she runs her office. Her staff is always well-trained and knowledgeable, continually learning and growing, and Renee makes sure scheduling, insurance approval, customer service and more all runs very smoothly.

Renee has been my go-to physical therapist for the last 12 years. I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is an expert in finding the root cause of your pain and addressing it in effectively. She will make sure that you always understand your treatment and that you feel comfortable while you're in the clinic with her.
