I started working with Monica and Essence Nutrition prior to my wedding in 2019 and continued using their services as I was working through an endometriosis diagnosis and trying for our first baby. Everything that Essence Nutrition provided to me was specifically tailored to the phase of life I was in and the specific goals I was looking to achieve. Not only did I learn and truly begin to understand what my body needed, but to this day I still reference all of the materials Monica and Arelis provided me throughout our sessions. Now that we have our baby, Monica has also been a resource as we begin baby led weaning with our son.
