This place was recommended to us by local tasting room staff. We were staying at an Airbnb in Paso and did not want to go out to dinner. Stopped here. Purchased amazing ravioli, great sauce, some beautiful fresh tomatoes, local bread and made an absolutely wonderful dinner. The delightful shop ladies helped us pick the perfect pasta and sauce. This is my new Happy spot. Will certainly stopped by every time I am staying in paso.

There is actually a restaurant to the left and they have a pasta shop that is like a small Italian grocery store that is on the right. This review is for the pasta shop. There is a great selection of Italian grocery items that you could only find in Italy otherwise. They have fresh vegetables, lots of different, fresh and dried pastas, tons of wine, tons of canned goods,and a lot of hard to find items. This is a great place to browse around while you’re waiting for your pasta dinner in the restaurant on the other side of the wall.

You can tell the people behind this place LOVE what they do! It is no surprise that their Giornata wines are also great. I did not know they were owned by the same people until later. Great Italian food, amazing wines... The only bad thing I can think of is that I live almost 6 hours away and cannot go there regularly!!!

So I have now been to this restraunt 5 times. And I can't wait to come back the wine list is amazing! The service is absolutely great! Mariah is our favorite when we go! But the food is to die for! My friends and I have almost tried every dish on the lunch menu and have not been disappointed once. The paste is always cooked to perfection! The crispy pork and meatball are amazing add ons! And the best burrata is the by far best one I have ever had! You won't be disappointed don't wait its now my favorite pasta spot in the area!

Great market and restaurant. For is very good.
Lasagna the soup was great and grilled Ceasar salad. Was a hit.
Definitely will go again. Fun area in tin city. Quaint Outdoor seating. Dog friendly.

This is an authentic Italian Delicatessen located in the Tin City complex in Templeton, Ca. They make the pasta they sell right inside the building. Fresh pasta is a real treat. The sauces they sell are exquisite.

We bought their delicious fresh pasta, and local items like wild mushrooms, arugula, tomatoes to cook a meal, and it was perfect. For dessert we had a “pistachio torrone” that was the best we had. Gracie Mile!!!

Wonderful selection of everything needed for an authentic dinner.
The advice for pastas was OTT. And found many obscure items to try (fennel pollen anyone ?)
Loves the atmosphere, the assistance and the selection.
