5 stars for the dental cleaning and treatment in the office, but they're losing two stars because it feels like they're aggressively trying to sell Invisalign. They have a bunch of posters and flyers for it all throughout the office. I've been to many dentists over the years every 6 months since I've moved a lot over the years and I've never had it brought up before my last two visits here at EZ dental.

I scheduled an appointment for a regular cleaning. I saw the doctor and then i sat in the chair for an hour and a half. They never cleaned my teeth. I left and the associate at the front tried to charge me 1,755.00 instead of 17.55 then acted like i was stupid when i said that wasn’t right. Never coming back.

I don’t usually write reviews but this dental place deserves a five star review this place is very professional and clean. They treated me like at home every second I was there they only looked for my satisfaction. The dentist and manager EDRELIN did an amazing work they would check up on me every single second after my dental cleaning. I am very satisfied with their work. I recommend anyone in need of a dental cleaning or any type of dental. This is the right place for you.

Title: Disappointing Experience, Fake Treatment Statements

I must say that I had a very disappointing experience. Initially, everything seemed fine. I paid my portion and the insurance confirmed that there were no pending payments. However, after two years, I received a surprising call from them, asking me to pay for additional treatments that I never received.
To make matters worse, EZ Dental sent me treatment statements that were clearly fabricated. It’s incredibly frustrating to have trusted a dental provider only to be misled and asked to pay for services that were never provided. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unethical.
I would strongly caution anyone considering EZ Dental to thoroughly review their treatment statements and clarify all financial matters before proceeding. My personal experience has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
Remember, it’s important to provide an honest and accurate review based on your personal experience.

I’ve always had bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but the staff at EZ Dental made me feel at ease and safe the whole time! They were super informative and walked me through every step and stopped to make sure I was understanding and if I had any questions. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Maria the hygienist is amazing! She’ll make your experience worthwhile! If you’re looking at the reviews to decide if you want to go here, please do it! You won’t regret it! 😊💕 I highly recommend Maria as your hygienist and Dr. Bae as your dentist! Everyone I’ve come into contact with in their office is amazing but those are the ones I see! 😊 The assistants are amazing too! The front desk is wonderful! I’ll never go anywhere else for dental care!

They are okay, but they did tell me I had like 8 cavities and I thought that was crazy so I went to another dentist not telling them anything...and they didn't even say I had one cavity ...even over a year later still.
I did get two cavities filled though (probably fake ones) and they changed the price on me after I got clear numbers from them and my insurance.
I wouldn't trust them unfortunately:(((

Edit: I also see in reviews that I'm not the only one this has happened to so definitely avoid !!!
