Mi experiencia fue pésima , fui a que me arreglaran mi puente y me dejaron peor de lo que estaba, paga más de 13,000 y todo fue un mal trabajo , ahora estoy tratando de que se arregle con otro dentista lo mal que hicieron ,

I drive four hours to come to get my dental work done by EZ Smile. The entire staff is amazing. I hadn't seen a dentist in 13 years prior to coming here so I was very nervous. They made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. The vibe of the office was professional, but the employees were still smiling and in great spirits. It wasn't the typical cold, uninviting tone you expect that you will get at doctor's or dentist's offices. It made me want to work there too! I have been recommending EZ Smile Family Dental Group of Santa Rosa to all of my friends and family. I am now a loyal patient.

Not impressed. Too Much of work was done be young women techs with insufficient time to discuss with doctor. Good results with first crown but disaster with 2nd project. Also, hygienist was rough and abrasive in offering instructions for home hygiene-I felt assaulted.

BUYER BEWARE. This guy will nickel and dime everything he can out of you to make you pay out of pocket. And my cleaning was probably the worst I have had in my life, leaving obvious staining. Horrible human being and even worse dentist. If you have good insurance and are looking for a great cleaning that will be covered - avoid this clown, he will tack on everything he can. And should you go against my advice and use this clown, check your bill before you pay. On both my visits their office made mistakes on the bill and tried to bill me for things that should not have been there or should have been covered (in addition to nickel and diming everything else they could possibly try to throw on). Worst dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. Unethical billing practices and this man should be ashamed of himself.

This was my first time here. I always get anxious going to the dentist but not this time. I felt very comfortable. The dentist explained in detail what I need done and explained it so I would understand it. Instead of jacking prices up by adding more procedures he gave me the less expensive way. I appreciated that especially being on a fixed income. The billing person was also great. Explained my benefits and gave me a run down of the cost. I would recommend EZ Dental of Santa Rosa.

Not too pleased with this place. The dentist are helpful but move quick, which is understandable but terrible customer service. Never calls back even if you ask them too. Lady at front desk can’t do her one job (ensuring you’re on the proper coverage). They didn’t mind taking $300 for a teeth whitening but wouldn’t clean my teeth under my coverage that I pay for every month. I signed up here because i believed they were family oriented and that’s completely false. Save yourself time/money by finding a different provider

This was my third major visit with this group. I am very very pleased with the staff and the considerate dentists. I have the Kaiser version of Delta Dental insurance, which many dentists don't accept. The Santa Rosa office is very attractive and in a great location (Hoen and Summerfield). Their patient communication is excellent, lots of email and text reminders if you want them, as well as a clear plan of work needed and expected costs. This really helps me plan out the work I need on my old teeth. I recommend them heartily.
