Fairmont Dental is just fantastic! I highly recommend them. Dr. Romero is truly amazing. She sat down with me and carefully reviewed my x-rays, explaining my treatment plan in great detail. It was really impressive. And the staff? They are just awesome. So friendly and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience they provided me.

Best experience ever! I couldn't be happier. The office is tidy and clean, and the staff is kind, approachable, and helpful. Dr. Romero is exceptionally skilled and compassionate in her work. I will definitely recommend Fairmont Dental to my friends and family! My kids love her, too!?

I've been a patient for about two years and waited till now to give this +++++ review for this dentist. Dr Romero is thorough, gentle and detailed all through out! I had regular dental care and Invisalign procedure done through Fairmont. The clinic is spacious and clean, and the front office personnel are gracious and helpful as well.

I wanted to share my experience about Fairmont Dental in Pacifica, CA. As with most people, visiting the dentist always has me on pins and needles. Both Stephanie and Dr. Romero made my experience a walk in the park. I had a few extractions done and I didn't feel a thing. In fact, I felt more of the numbing process than the actual extractions. So, if you are like me, and are looking for a painless experience, contact Fairmont Dental. Also, the Dr walks you through everything...what to expect, after care, dos and donts (pending on your procedure), everything. Try them. You won't regret it. On to the office..The office is always clean. No clutter anywhere..which I really appreciate with my slight weight OCD. Another thing I appreciate about this practice is that they only speak English in the office. The staff can easily switch to their native tongue, but I think out of respect for all the patients, both Doctor and staff only speaks English. Me, personnaly, really appreciates this. I don't get the feeling of 'they are trying to hide something from me'. THANKS again Fairmont Dental!

I have to say this is the best place to get your dental care. I would recommend everyone I know to come here to get their teeth problems done. Dr. Rowena Romero and her team are fabulous. They are very patient and professional and very friendly. I got my wisdom teeth removed here and also the fillings and monthly cleaning. I got my wisdom teeth removed a couple days ago, everything goes very well. I have to say I love the workers there, cuz I am so scared of dentist, but they are really nice to encourage me. Before I got my teeth extraction in Singapore, I felt really painful when they gave me anesthesia injection. But here, oh my god, they are really gentle, you can feel nothing. I have really bad teeth, so I got my filling, deep cleaning, extraction. I have to say, that’s a really nice experience for me in US. Thx all the workers there, thx them a lot for helping me get nice teeth?
