The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the staff is professional and friendly.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dr. Michael Kim. He was supposed to find a neuroma which had been diagnosed as the culprit of my pain and numbness, and remove it. Also correct my hammer toe. He did not remove the neuroma and he cut my toe extremely short. I am literally worse than I was before surgery.
I showed my results to the main owner of the group and he didn't seem to care. Nothing else was done for me, I didn't even receive an apology. I was left with a deformed foot. I am MSERABLE. Do not let Dr. kim do surgery on you.

My 82 year old mother received concerning ultrasound results, so I made an appointment. Dr Juang comes in and the first words were “what’s the emergency? and very unprofessional afterwards. If you go here, DON’T book an appointment with Dr. Juang.

I was cheated out of $75.00
They tried to sell me a foot brace so I asked how much? They told me I would have to ask someone else but wanted to let me try it on. So I did but didn't like it. When I was checking out I told them I didn't want it so they took it off the bill. Now I have to pay for it anyway. Thay say I did get the brace and are hounding me for payment. I also didn't like the doctor. The entire experience felt like all he wanted was my money. The doctor was of no help and I'm no better of now than I was before my very expensive appointment.

I had an appt. And it had to be rescheduled due to the Dr not working there anymore. The new appt was at 8:45 am. Should have been first or at best 2nd but I hope they wouldn't set an appointment 15 minutes after the first. At 9:30 am I left. I have other issues that make it painful to sit for long periods so after 45 minutes I was done. I got a call 10 minutes later asking where I was. She was very nice but no explanation as to why they start the day 45 to 55 minutes late. That will make the rest of their patients happy I'm sure. If I had rolled in 45 minutes late do you think that they would have seen me or told me to reschedule. Tired of Drs offices thinking that it's all right to treat customer/patients this way

I apologize to Dr. Katzman for originally leaving a 2-star review because my toenail wasn't growing back after bone spur surgery. Now two years later it's actually growing back. I didn't know it could take that long. Before the surgery it used to start growing back after a month or so. I would go here for foot care again if I needed it.

Dr. Michael Kim is amazing! He performed my triple arthrodesis surgical procedure and I went from chronic foot and ankle pain barely being able to stand for a few hours to now almost completely pain free walking up to 12 hours a day just 7 months post operation! I’m even able to work out now! The entire Family Foot Center team was so helpful! Rosa helped me keep my EDD and Work LOA paperwork turned in and updated. Front desk was always pleasant and informative as well! I will always trust and recommend this office for my family and friends!!

This place is horrible. My husband went and they told him he had to pay $400, he was confused because it was his very first appointment. So he called our insurance and they informed him that they already charged his insurance and gave a diagnosis and that he needed MRIs and all this work.. HUH!! This was the very first time he went, how could they already be charging our insurance and saying they diagnosed him. Then he called the person at the Ontario office and she said that they had a right to charge the insurance whatever they felt was necessary before seeing him... Yeah they are doing insurance fraud. If you been here before you better check with your insurance to make sure they charge you correctly.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Kim from that clinic and I thought he was very thoughtful and concerned. He game me his professional opinion about my severe hammer toe and told me it would be my decision but he would not recommend surgically repairing it due to what the probable outcome would be and that I would be very unhappy with it. He also said that what he could do would be to fuse both my hammer toe and the one next to it together but I wouldn’t like that either. So I took his advice. He then sent me for an MRI regarding a lump in my ankle region believing that whatever the lump is, is compressing my nerve causing the side of my foot to be numb. I have a follow up appointment with him in 2 weeks to discuss plan of care now that he has the results of the MRI. Again, so far I’m quite impressed with him.
