I just want to warn everyone who decides to schedule dental work - GOOD LUCK! I made an appointment in January of 2019 for some cavaties. My first appointment was scheduled in May of 2019 - due to their appointment book, not mine. I was hoping in May the few cavaties I have would be addressed. The dentist did the x rays, because I hadn't been there in about 2 years and then scheduled me for a cleaning in June and then the appointment for my cavaties in Oct. I attended both appointments, but my cleaning was canceled AFTER I had waited in the lobby for over two hours. I asked the staff to send my medical recoreds to my dentist in Las Vegas, and that took from May when I requested them be sent until the middle of August! Inexcusable! So, I went to my Oct. appointment and they cleaned my teeth then filled only one tooth and NOT the tooth I expected them to fill. The dentist in charge of my care quit a few days after my appointment, now I have to wait another month or more for another dentist. The nurse warned me the new dentist may not fill my cavaties becasue I have to start over with another exam! All she had to say, is "sorry we are busy'! Well you shouldn't be in the dental business if you can't take care of patients! I'm not happy. Looking for someone new. I may just report this company, as they just don't seem to be providing proper care in a timely manner. I wish I could give them NO stars! BTW, I don't believe anyone that gives this place a good review. It's just my opinon that they are phoney reviews. I just suspect that...and my opinon only. just sayin.....

Wow!!!! I am truly thankful to the AMAZING Dr and Staff. From Laura at the front desk who fit me in the schedule, to the dental assistant Karina who made sure I was always comfortable (since I'm 7 months pregnant) . But a special Thank you to Dr. B. I appreciate all your help and thank you for that hug. ❤❤❤

Do NOT go here for dental services, they have a long list of services they "provide" but they do NOT have dentists that do the services, they will only refer you out. So if you are in dire pain and need service now they won't do anything for you.

I call to make an appointment for extraction, when I arrived the assistant said they don't do extraction but after i pay $50 dollar... while taking my blood pressure, so I asked to refund, and she said is impossible because she already take my pressure, I said, really? that day i lost my $50 because noting they do.

I have had nothing but great service with Porterville Dental. Dr. Borland did a great job fixing my two broken teeth. Waiting room and stalls where very clean. The staff are great.

Dr. Wung is absolutely amazing. You can tell she truly cares for her patients and has very strong work ethics. I feel like Dentists like that are difficult to come by nowadays. She's also amazing with children, which we really appreciate. Thank you, Dr. Wung!! We appreciate you!!

I have been in for 5 appointments so far .. exam, and cleanings. Everyone has been extremely helpful and nice. I need a lot of dental work ... so far I'm very appreciative and have no complaints.. to everyone in the office. Thank you!!
