Went into the Paso store on theater drive to purchase a pair of sandals, I found a pair and went up to pay and while I was waiting for the clerk to ring me up ( it took her way to long to punch in the numbers due to the 5 inch fake nails she was wearing) I had just purchased a pair of sunglasses and they had a sticky tag on there. I asked her if she could cut it off for me and without ever even looking at me she said we don’t have scissors you can just pull it off which I couldn’t it would’ve broke the glasses and she says go ask another store, so snarky!!!!!!! and I know darn well there’s a pair of scissors in that drawer. Every store has scissors. She then proceeded to talk to the other clerk in Spanish right in front of me, even though the other clerk could speak perfectly good English, they snickered a bit. I asked her what she had said. She said I was speaking Spanish I wasn’t talking to you, I could not believe how rude she was!!! I asked her for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me at first, then she told me her name was MILEAN I won’t be spending anymore money at this store, there plenty of other options with employees that know how to treat there customers. Somebody really needs to speak to her!!!

I’ve been in twice now since the very recent remodel. I think it looks great and I feel like they have a better selection than before. I bought white platform vans, my oldest son got Nike air max’s, and my youngest got crocs.

I’m giving four stars because I was disappointed by the disconnect between the online availability and what they actually had in-store. I came in for a specific pair of Hey Dudes for my 4yr old. Online said they had a few pairs left, in his size, and I double checked to make sure the store location was correct. They were no where to be found when I came in and when I asked the young woman at the register she just said no, they don’t carry those ones. I eventually found one pair on the clearance section in the back, not his size. So they clearly did carry them somewhat recently.

Otherwise still a nice clean store. Just bummed about this one situation.

I liked going to this store. However, the customer service is hit and miss. I don't know if it comes down from management or what. I've had very nice associates there and ones that have been disinterested and have a bit of an attitude. Mainly, I don't like the 30 questions I have to answer when I return a pair of shoes that I haven't worn. I shop a lot online, and I don't feel like I have to explain myself to them when I return a pair of shoes that I don't like. But they seem to make me feel like I need to explain 20 ways from sunday, almost making me feel like I'm lying that I bought them and that they disapprove of me returning them. The last return I had was an online purchase, after answering her 10 questions on why I wanted to return them and when I bought them and what my phone number was and what my email was yada yada yada, she hands me the cardboard box they were shipped in and said here's your box. I told her I really don't need it. Do you have a garbage back there? She said no, there's one outside and handed it to me. So inappropriate, rude, and really makes me not want to shop there. Another time I had a return, I asked if the rewards cash that I had used on the purchase would be put back on my account. Another girl that was standing there chimed in and said no because you're returning them. Whatever that means? It's just a weird feeling of disapproval and rudeness when you make a return. A customer shouldn't be made to feel that way. I shouldn't have anxiety making a return to a store that I shop at a lot and spend a lot of money at. I'll travel to SLO, go to Kohls or go to Five cities to get my shoes from now on. They need to work on their customer service. The customers are the reason that they have jobs!

Came in to buy a pair of Birkenstocks. Told the lady I needed help. was unenthusiastic. She pulled out two sizes and walked off. I noticed that the one that came the closest said narrow. And my foot is not narrow so I went back through and looked and looked could not find. Went back to the middle of the store where she had gone straight to fooling with boxes and stood there and just looked at her from across the store standing looking. She is standing looking at me she turns around and goes back to filling with boxes. I left. You keep a store open by selling shoes no shoe sales no store. And the employees would rather play with boxes then help clients that are asking for help. Your doors are not going to stay open.
Update. Fortunately I was wrong. Their doors have stayed open. And I have been back and had better experience. Would like to see more varieties of shoes. But I really want to emphasize that the employees were greatly improved thank you

Just recently went there with A family member after two months recovering from a bad operation my family member want new shoes. We got the shoes the main problem was one of the employee didn’t really want to be there I know that everyone has their own thing and we should be respectful. I don’t know I just felt like they gave us an attitude before we even got to the counter. We literally were standing there for two minutes without talking because they said didn’t have any change. Thankfully I was able to purchase the shoes with my money but if I didn’t have my money that they excepted we would’ve just walked out with nothing.
