This place is so amazing! I visited here once when I was 5 month pregnant and another time at 4 months postpartum. Both times was to relieve physical and mental stress. Rosa focused on pain areas that affected me the most like my lower and upper back. After my visit with her I felt so relieved and pain free. I can’t say enough how much Rosa helped me, she truly has magical hands. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and has so much experience. I recommend this place over and over! Will definitely be going back!

Rosa is such a great therapist! She has helped me so much in the past year with my shoulder issues and lower back pain. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help! I saw Rosa in my third trimester after persistent and excruciating back pains. After the first session, I left feeling light and anew. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Just through touch, she is able to pinpoint the cause of my pain and relieve the tension through massage. Be warned that this is not your typical massage, each session can get unpleasant but the moment you step off the table, you feel a sense of relief that lasts.
She is pricey but totally worth it. I highly recommend!

Rosa has magic hands! I’ve had massages for a long time with others and always wondered if I would ever heal or get better. I’ve had neck and back pains for decades and after getting pregnant got worse to the point I couldn’t sleep. After only two sessions my neck pain got better and I got better sleep. I am now at four sessions and I’m so much better and exponentially healing so fast. I wish I could have found her earlier! I will continue to see her and can’t wait to see the results after many sessions! Also cannot wait to try the postpartum massages!

Her communication is open and she is very knowledgeable in all things to help your body function naturally and optimally.

I love visiting with her and she is definitely helping me along our path to have another baby. She also does pregnancy massage & support and when I am pregnant again, I know where to go!

My favorite massage and self care spot!

I began my journey with Rosa with a prenatal massage, I wanted to go to someone specialized to take extra care of my pregnant belly and baby. Rosa is incredibly passionate about her work and it comes through in conversation, I've learned a lot from her! I continued to go to her for postpartum care and for the regular massage. I tend to like medium to hard pressure and prefer massages that get the knots out and address tightness rather than those that are simply relaxing. I also newly discovered I have Lipedema and went in for lymphatic massage. I knew I needed it done foto get my lymph moving but had NO idea that I would see instant results. After 1 session the swelling in my arms went down so much I was able to wear a blouse that was no longer fitting me around the arms a few days after our session.
I recommend rosa to anyone looking for a real good massage, prenatal or holistic body care

I stand 10-12 hours a day at work and on the phone all the time. To alleviate my shoulder, leg, hip, back pain, I constantly have to get massages. I love massages. I have a massage chair at home, but it's not the same as human touch. I have had 10 massage therapists in the past, but I have to say Rosa is really ranked number 1 on my list. She applies firm pressure and really knows where the root cause of the pain is. Her service is not cheap, but every penny and every minute are worth it. I truly look forward to see her on my next visit and she is just AMAZING, God-sent during my second pregancy! I highly recommend her!!
