Travis is AMAZING! I have never and I mean NEVER visited a shop like this before so it was a great experience!
Travis was so knowledgeable, patient and easy on the eyes. He made my first visit comfortable and I was encouraged to ask questions.
I am just a person looking to be healthy and try new things because the old isn't working anymore and I feel I walked away with a plan after today!
Travis is a gem and I would honestly encourage anyone who is interested in talking to someone who knows their stuff to not be intimidated, just open the door, walk in and be ready to leave with a smile!

Travis is seriously incredible. For most of my adult life, I’ve always wondered how to track macros and it sounded like a great idea but way too confusing. Travis broke it down for my wife and I and taught us how to properly track what we put in our body. He also put us on a supplement regimen and was able to refer us to a body scan and blood draw to get even more intel on our nutrition. After putting us both on meal plans we both lost some weight but even more important lost a TON of body fat. His workout plan was doable and his meal plans were somehow delicious and easy to make! Travis also turned me on to healthy and proper protein shakes and his shop has EVERYTHING you could need. I cannot recommend him enough. Travis completely kickstarted our wellness journey and was even cool enough to say “you got this! Go on your own and if you need me come back!” He has customers for life and everyone would be much better off if they heeded his direction. Thanks Travis!

Travis at First Reponse is amazing! He’s been so helpful for my teenage athlete and not just getting him ready for football/lacrosse but helping him deal with injuries. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things nutrition, health, workouts, and leans towards all the cleaner healthier supplements which is a must for us! They carry great healthy snacks, premade protein packed meals and our favorite clean protein waffles! AND ALL THE GREAT SUPPLEMENTS! Couldn’t recommend him or his store enough!
