Dr Fitzgerald has been working with me on my sever foot pain for several years. Both feet required surgery, however, knowing how difficult of a recovery it can be, he did not push the issue on me until I was ready. I am no 3 months post surgery and very happy with my results. He was upfront and honest about every aspect of my surgery, before, during, and after. I will be doing surgery on my other foot in a year or so using him as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a honest and forthcoming doctor.

I went here a couple of months ago because I was having pain on my right foot just before my big toe. (I had plantar fasciitis on my left foot the year before, so I wanted to make sure I didn't have it on my right foot)

I showed up 20 min early to fill out paperwork, and had to wait 45 min after my scheduled appointment time to go back to a room.. then waited another 20 min to be seen.

Everyone was nice and friendly, but I was told I was getting a perception for an anti-inflammatory (which I never did), was told they'd give me some tape to wrap my toe (which never happened) and that they'd call me in 2 weeks for a follow-up (that didn't happen either).

I've been waiting to see what my bill would look like.. and still haven't gotten one. (My visit was in October)

Dr Fitzgerald did my foot surgery for a bunion and pain in the ball of my foot, 3 years later and I'm still having pain, also getting sharp stinging pain through out the day, an I can't bend my toes, I also no longer have pretty feet. I wish I knew then what I know now, I would not have had the surgery.

You don't even have to step a foot inside this place to know how terribly run it is. They never answer the phone, I called around 10 times in one day and they NEVER answered. I thought maybe they're closed for some reason, so I called them the next day at different times and they never answered again. I decided to leave a voicemail so they can call me back to setup an appointment around 10/6 and haven't heard back from them as of 10/22. Just go to a Santa Rosa podiatrist, this place is terrible.
