I hadn’t had time to write a review . All I want to say is starting with Sandra in the front office is super friendly and has lots of knowledge to questions I ask and she explained A-z . Unfortunately I had witnessed the things some patients tell her and she knows how to Handle it properly professionally . In the other hand the Dr there seems to always be in a rush . Does not explain what she will be doing . Seems like if you have a question she won’t explain it right with patience . Because she so in a hurry in the other Hand. The assistant aren’t feeling Friendly or noting . All and sure take for ever to do X-rays
Nod look all lost after. They have u wait long period of time . For the doctor to arrive . Don’t even have computers in the back rooms with the charts
That to me as a patient was kind of wired . How would they review my X-rays with computers off . They seem not to bother to have them on.

I appreciate Dr. Lenney’s professionalism. Sandra who runs the front office has always been helpful. I was impressed how quickly they have been able to help me with some long needed dental work.
This office offers services at prices the average person can afford.
I received a quote last year from another office for the work I needed done that was over 4 times higher and unaffordable for me.
I was concerned after reading many of the other reviews, but decided to give them a shot anyway.
After having most of the work done now. I am grateful for them and their willingness to help people at reasonable rates.

I can’t believe . Why would they have a doctor there that constantly is canceling last minute
The receptionist . she must hate to confirm and then cancel appointments due to doctor not showing up . And it absolutely not the receptionist fault But really this female doctor is constantly canceling appointments .

Dr. Lenney is incredibly gentle, ensuring that every step of the process was as comfortable as possible. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Dr. Lenney and her entire staff. Her attention to detail and genuine care for their patients is evident in every interaction.

My first consultation was great staff is very nice I had an emergency dental issue they were the only ones around willing to take me! Then told me I need a root canal explained the process to me as I was very nervous at the of 25 aha ( never had a cavity before) so now I have gotten root canal done now I am ready to
Schedule my appointment with them to finish the job !

I wouldn’t even rate this place a one star. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have messed up my appointment scheduling and blamed me for not showing up to an appointment I did not schedule or even know about. I tried to reschedule an appointment over the phone because I was sick and they told me that I’ve canceled 4 times, which is not the case at all, and I would need to call them to tell then what time works for me, which is what I was trying to do at that moment, and she mentioned they were booked out untill June. They was sue was talking to me the whole time was as if I offended her. She was very rude for no reason. They talk down to each other in front of clients. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional behavior in a “professional” setting. I don’t understand how this place is still in business.
The first time I ever went to this office the Doctor didn’t show up and the receptionist told me it would be a two hour wait. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of business they’re running I don’t know what would, not only that but this place seems to have way more one star reviews than any others.

Very rude front desk staff, can’t even talk to them over the phone. Wouldn’t even recommend this place. Doesn’t even deserve a star.
