My first appointment with Dr. Clement and he was really helpful, and showed me everything while explaining the procedure. He took ex-rays and Kelly his Assistant was awesome as well. The office is very clean and the staff are welcoming to all patients. The incoming receptionist is great as well as the after treatment receptionist, they all come together to make your visit wonderful and painless. I loved the office and everyone in there.

Doctor is great but billing sucks. Tried to bill my insurance after I paid cash, since I knew the visit wasn’t covered. Then when my insurance denied the claim, they sent me a bill. That was sorted out and they admitted they should not have billed the insurance. However, I had two insurances for a visit that was covered and they didn’t collect a copay. Apparently they were waiting to see what secondary paid. Then I get a collection letter demanding 65 - $15 for the amount the insurance didn’t cover and a $50 charge. I never received a bill and was never told when I went to two more visits. Ridiculous that they couldn’t have picked up the phone and called me instead of sending a $15 bill to collections. I always paid copays the day of my visit. Still waiting in a call back from Wendy but it’s been over a week, so I doubt they’ll call back.

Do not suggest or support this provider. It has been many years since a physician of any sort that I have encountered enjoyed the sound of his own voice over the patient. Did not listen to what I was telling him and degraded my primary physicians techniques. Very disappointed. However the front desk staff amazing!
