I had a car accident couple of years ago and after MRI & CTSCAN my Dr told me to get neck surgery for bulging disc 5 & 6 .but I took help from different chiropractors and it was improving little bit but not much . One of my friend recommended me to Dr Forest for my problem of the neck . After first visit I felt the improvement. Now it looks like going in the right direction.Now I need less adjustments and feel way less numbness in my right hand and seems like it is almost gone . My neck is more straight and more stable. NOW I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW BECAUSE I AM 99.9% better .Dr has completely fixed my neck back to normal . Thank God I came to this place and got treated by Dr Forest .

Dr. Forest immediately diagnosed my issue and came up with a plan to address it. He clearly explained what I needed to do and made sure I did the correct follow up. The office visits are quick with no waiting, I never have to allow extra time like I do with other healthcare providers.
Mostly importantly my back pain has gotten much better! When I started seeing Dr. Forest I couldn’t sleep for more than 5-6 hours at a time because of my back and I had pain radiating down my leg. Both of these were resolved about a month after I started seeing Dr. Forest. I continue to see him to make sure that I get to 100% pain free and that my spine stays in place for the long term.

I started coming to Dr. Forest for a month now. I have gone through the ringer with doctors due to my non spinning vertigo and other symptoms (tinnitus, vision problems, lightheadedness, heachaches etc.) I found Dr. Forest through research online and figured I should give it a try.
My neck was out of alignment and I have learned through Dr. that when your neck is out of alignment, it can cause all sorts of problems. Once I got my first adjustment, my vertigo decreased (which vestibular physical therapy and accupunture did not provide any relief).
I am not symptoms free yet, but I believe in the process and healing process. Dr. Forest is great! He has tremendous expertise and took his time to educate me and answer my questions. Erica in the front desk is friendly and nice! The office is nice and clean.
Overall, I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Forest. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr Forest for years. His treatment and technique is far better than traditional, full spine, techniques. His upper cervical technique can cure or resolve many different illnesses. His office is easy to make appointments with (options to call, book online, or use his app- my preference). His generational experience makes me comfortable with his experience- he also teaches at a local college.
I’d highly recommend him. Give this technique (upper cervical) a try. Your body will respond much better than other traditional techniques.

I have been seeing Dr. Forest for many years and he has helped me with my neck pain. I typically can feel when I need to go in for an adjustment. It is amazing that I can be put back into alignment just by working on my neck. He gave me some simple exercises to help with dizziness in the past and after having an xray recently I learned I had bone spurs in my neck. I have recommended Dr. Forest to others over the years.
