I started seeing Michelle Bussell weekly in June as a new client. The first two sessions were okay. The third session, Michelle was a no call no show. After waiting 15 minutes on the video, I contacted the office and was informed that Michelle called out sick. The person I spoke to apologized and stated Michelle informed them had contacted all of her clients. I didn’t receive any correspondence from Michelle. The woman offered to schedule me later in that week. I was scheduled that Thursday. Michelle did not acknowledge at all the miscommunication for the missed appointment.

I saw Michelle a few more times weekly before me going on vacation. I informed Michelle I wouldn’t be available the week I would be on vacation and would see her the following week.

I continued to get text confirmations for the canceled appointment so I emailed Michelle to confirm the cancellation. She assured me on her end the appointment was cancelled and that she believed the system autogenerates the reminders.

I continued receiving the text messages while out of the country. After the cancelled appointment date passed I stopped receiving all communication from the company. The following appointment which I should have been scheduled for, I did not receive an appointment confirmation.

A few days later I received a voicemail stating it looked like rather than one appointment being cancelled, all appointments were cancelled and if I was interested in continuing to contact them.

I contacted them and left a voicemail informing them I wished to continue. Here 30 days, I never received a call back. Essentially, my treatment was abandoned.

Can't believe this is the state of mental healthcare. Ive only had one session and I'm already trying to find an alternative. First session was fine. It's the lack of communication and their "system" not working that just rubs e the wrong way. I have missed my last 2 sessions due to error on their end.

I have been trying to call them over the last 3 months to schedule. They never answer the phone, they never emailed me back, nothing. I hope the service gets better because you now have one less patient.
