She saw me asap and her follow up was 100 percent. Very personable and easy going.
She was skilled at giving me a cap. I liked her all around. Look forward to seeing her again.

I would give five stars but they're billing/front desk staff need some retraining. I went in for a procedure they charge my insurance expecting them to pay the full leftover balance. Insurance pays only a portion of the balance, instead of immediately sending me an email or message telling me that I have a balance with them (This is literally every medical provider I've ever had has done I thought this was the norm) they wait until I show up in person and then spring that I have a near $250 bill. Then I say I do not have it right now I will have it on my next paycheck. The front desk guy then proceeds to ask me for the money five separate times each time I tell him I do not have the money right now. If they had done it the way every other medical provider does it and sent me the bill as soon as they received it from insurance the balance would've been paid prior to me showing up. The first Date where the procedure was completed (3/28/24) The date when the bill was presented(9/5/24). What would've happened if I Moved back to Connecticut and never went to this dental office again that's why billing practice makes sense Send the bill as soon as you receive it. I can promise you if he makes me repeat myself over and over again next time I will not keep the same composure.

I am 58 years old, and my teeth feel strong and clean. It’s been ten years since I’ve been seeing Dr. Chen consistently. Dr. Chen listens, explains and advises truthfully and confidently. I’ve had numerous procedures over the years, and luckily with Dr. Chen’s great work I haven’t had anything major because of the foundation of dental care I’ve received from her. I’m thankful for such great care! I’ve listened to her speak to other patients, and she is the real deal with everyone she treats. She’s the best!!!

Dr. Yvonne Chen is awesome! She has been my dentist for over 10 years now. She has a high standard of quality which is great for her patients. She fixed all of my previous dental problems one by one. My teeth are much more beautiful than before, and I am more confident now. Thanks to Dr. Chen!

Great practice! I have been to this office for cleanings, fillings, and extractions. The cleanings are great- no pain, no discomfort, everything is smooth as it should be. Extractions were done here; I received good medication after extractions.
