I wanted to love this place but unfortunately I had a terrible experience . I ended up with all these Cuts from the drill they used on me and now I am very sore . My gel is also peeling off after only a couple hours of having it on then at checkout they had no idea how to use the machine so I could pay with card there were like 3 people trying to figure it out and my toddlers also got their nails done and that was fine but then they ended up getting bit by the little dog they had and it wouldn’t stop jumping on people so I will not be going back to this place .

The best nail shop in town. I’m never disappointed with my pedicure…plus affordable prices. The staff are incredibly nice and they deliver good service. I met the owner and she was extremely helpful and down to earth. The ambiance is relaxing and mellow. The space is well kept— super clean and hygienic. The best part is that street parking is easy to find and right on Healdsburg Avenue. I highly recommend this cute boutique nail shop. Very modern with a huge assortment of nail polish colors and designs.

Absolutely horrible. I went it to have my acrylics removed and get a regular gel manicure. To start, the lady just ripped my acrylics off, no soaking them, nothing. I could have done that at home myself and it would have hurt less. Then they buffed my nails down so far it was basically just nail bed. What happened next would be a STRETCH to call it a manicure. Instead of filing my nails, she kept filing the ENDS OF MY FINGERTIPS, so those are now raw. They left my cuticles a lumpy mess. Then when it came time to paint I asked for a pink chrome, see picture for what I actually got. There is polish all over my fingers. It looks like a child did them. Now I have basically no nails left, my fingertips are skinned off, and I have to go pay to have then fixed somewhere else or lie and say I let a child do them. I’m just praying I didn’t get an infection. Added pic of what I showed them for what I wanted, for reference.

I just went in for a mother and daughter nail date, and we both got gel manicures. I am so very pleased with the service here! They are friendly and VERY on top of getting your nails perfect. Well worth the money and I will most definitely be returning in the future!

This is a family owned business. They are friendly and reasonably priced. The pedicures and manicures are generally good butit depends a bit on who you get. I have had excellent ones with long massages and a few where the person didn't really care and looked distracted.
I am still a regular there.

I'm so sad this place was not what I expected. I have read the great reviews and spoken with people who have been there and they have great things to say but my experience was anything but great. My daughter wanted her nails done for her birthday so I called last minute to get us an appointment and they we very accommodating which was amazing. The facility was easy to find. We were the only people there so we sat right down. The facility was not the cleanest, but it didnt make us run for the hills. We knew what we wanted and showed them pictures. We each were getting new acrylic sets, both no designs so we thought it would be quick. Boy was I wrong!!! We were there for 2.5 hours.  My nails were filed so thin and my daughters nails are way too thick. She wanted a coffin shape but they are no where near coffin. They cut our fingers multiple times with over filing. They were very heavy on the glue and it was all over my hands, even the guy doing my nails had his gloves stuck to me multiple times. They also didn't do the actual manicure part, like cuticle care, lotion, warm towel, anything (maybe they don't do this here but every other salon I have been to does and at the price I paid they should). In the end my nails didn't turn out horrible but my fingers are incredibly painful and sore. My daughter nails all around don't look good. Unfortunately we won't be going back after this experience. ?
