I graduated from PT with this amazing team today. I began my sessions ~6 weeks ago with lower back pain that would radiate down my leg. By my last session I FORGOT how much pain i was in initially bc they helped correct and strengthen my hips!! I exclusively worked 1:1 with either Dr. Kru or Caitlin which gave me focus and body awareness to really heal.

Christy, Caitlin and Dr. Kru make up an incredible team of caring, thorough and kind folks. I truly lucked out with this practice. If you’re considering PT for lower back pain PLEASE GO HERE. They will get you so right ?

Friendly, caring staff. Because of the medication I take for Bipolar Disease progress was slow as the medication settled in.
I have been to two other P.T. places in the past and neither one compares to FYZICAL. Clean, free from clutter, and tons of machines and devices to help me and other patients get well.

The therapists work with you one-on-one through the entire appointment, they educate you by explaining how the treatments exercise which muscles and tendons, while being gentle and caring. The front desk person is genuinely welcoming and friendly. Her smile makes my afternoon! The balance harness has protected me as I have been re-learning navigating stairs. I would recommend Dr. Patel and her staff to anyone needing PT. I am so glad to be a patient at Fyzical on Greenway. It has been the best PT experience. I recommend it highly ?.

I have went to over 20 sessions at FYZICAL. These sessions completely removed the bad pain in my neck and currently helping my walking problem. I especially like that you are with the same therapist for the entire session. The therapist never works with more than one person during the session.

After trying at least 6 Physical Therapy practitioners around Phoenix over the past 3 to 4 years (including Barrows and someone who I was told was "the best physical therapist in Arizona", Kru and Caitlin at FYZICAL have done more for me in the few months I've gone there than the others combined. They actually do hands on Manual Therapy, something that seems to be a lost art by many in the industry. If you've tried PT, you have likely run into those who assign you the very same exercises they assign everyone else and then send over their "flunkie" who stares at their phone while counting repetitions. Not the case at FYZICAL at Greenway and the 51 in Phoenix. From the time I arrive, I spend the entire hour with a knowledgeable and trained professional who really cares about your progress and who are both very pleasant people to interact with and who are complety engaged with helping you. The facility is easily accessed just east of the 51 on Greenway. I would recommend them to anyone seeking improve their physical condition. They've definitely helped my balance (myelopathy) and leg numbness issues with myofascial work and hip alignment and function.

Cru and her staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Having been to many physical therapists I appreciate the one on one time and attention Cru provides. She is always an encouragement and has helped my balance tremendously after a fall that broke my back. I am now doing an at home program she tailored for me. I highly recommend this facility for any physical therapy needs.

My physical therapist Kruti is amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable and personalizes therapy to my needs. She is very aware of her patients physical limits and pushes them in the right ways for recovery. I’ve had physical therapy before at other places and this is the best one, hands down.
