The missing 4 stars is for the absolute horrible Dr. I saw. No bed side manner at all. Rude, blunt and plain disrespectful. Do not go here! Save yourself the trouble.

The place is a little run down and a little dirty. Maybe because it's older?

I will never go back.

One of the worse experiences ever. I came with my Mom because she needed emergency care and this was the one place that would take her and her insurance. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how dirty the place was, how unprofessional the front staff was, and how loud the office was with the tv blaring. The dentist was the only kind person but he was atleast an hour late! Not professional at all in my opinion. I'm so glad my Mom was able to find another dentist and will never have to go back here again! I'll spare more details at this point but one of the ladies from the front office literally told my Mom "If you don't like it, look for another office" And that we did, thank goodness! Hopefully in time some improvements will be made to this place, no dentist office should be loud and unclean with rude staff! Coming here made me so much more grateful for my own family dentist; Galt Family Dentistry with Dr. Roach and Dr. Fuse and all their staff, the office and workers are a prime example of how any dentist office should be run!

The front staff was professional but the dentist with the name “Tan” was lacking simple etiquette with handling patients while performing in a hasty manner. Would not recommend coming here if you have to deal with him.

This office is extremely unhelpful. They prescribe treatment for patients, but do not make it accessible to receive the treatment. The office staff states that they are doing the best they can, but they are short staffed so they can't help their patients. Everyone is short staffed these days. Patient care should take top priority, short staffed or not. When an office takes on patients for treatment, treatment is complete when the individual is healed not when staffing permits treatment. I am absolutely disgusted with this office and how they handle patient care. Do better. Do better for your patients.

Worse clinic with worse service. We waited twice for the same procedure and was never communicated with us properly. Two months later, they send us home with nothing done.
No reminders,
No customer service,
And when they make a mistake, they don’t admit.

I wish I could give less than one star!!!

The front staff is great. It's the dentist I have a problem with. I've been coming here for years and just put up with it because I only need cleanings and the office is very close to home. But the dentist is not really friendly and has always been rather impatient and curt.

This is the dirtiest medical/dentist office I have ever been in. I went in for cleaning and exam, cleaning was nothing like dr tahn didn’t even touch my teeth, dirty air vents, dirty floor, one of the water instruments appeared to have pink mold on it. I will never go back to this office; they should be shut down!!
