Long wait appointment and they cancel the day before your long appointment. They push my appointment for another month that ridiculous. The customer service are rude- please go to another dentist- I am done with them.

Pésimo servicio al cliente- las citas muy largas mas de dos meses y después te llaman un día antes que el Dr. Dentista no va estar- y cuando llegas a tu cita más de 3 horas de espera. Horrible secretarías y muy antipáticas todas son rudas.
Yo ya estoy buscando otro dentista este lugar ya no sirve. Yo fue su clienta y toda mi familia por mas de 5 años.

I would Never recommend anyone to go to this clinic. If you decide to go make sure you have everything in writing before they start any work on you.They like to add extra on your insurance. DON'T TRUST Michelle the manager she's a liar and a thief. This dental clinic is VERY SHADY!!

Constant employee turnover, enduring loud music playing on many of my visits, told had 3 cavities without taking X-rays. Refused to allow cavities filled. Went back for X-rays only to be told I DID NOT HAVE ANY CAVITIES!! I was told that sometimes doctors fill teeth that are stained. Fill what ⁉️ Each visit has become more disappointing due to lack of experience, professionalism, long waiting in exam room and no accountability for incorrect diagnosis.

overall there okay. they never have anything in stock!! if your break a bracket they don’t fix it till months after they tell your they will. the people are nice overall but i think there services/ work could be done better if you are looking for a dentist for braces there’s better options.

Ok. So far my experience has been excellent. I am not guilty, to say that I have enjoyed my experience at this dentist. Let me first start by saying that Gateway Dental Group here in Palmdale takes the utmost precautions to ensure their patients are kept safe during this pandemic. Face covering and masks are 100%mandatory. And you have to wait in your car if you have an appointment before coming in. That's great cause do to this pandemic it is necessary. Now, I wanna say that Vanessa was great!!!! She knows how to take care of the patients. Very polite and Reapectful. Now, Dr Mina is an excellent dentist... He took the time to explain everthing that needs to be done and how the procedure should take place .. Mayra also did a GREAT job. Very patient and understanding to my needs. Overall I have to say that I'm very satisfied with the service rendered to me here today. And especially the professional manner in which it was handled. I'm excited to see my brand new smile. 😀😀😀

I was recently there and the experience was great! The check in process was easy and you could do it through your phone. Everyone was very nice! The receptionist greeted me right away and the wait was not long. The assistant brought me back and started the X-rays, then they brought me to the room and I waited for the doctor. The office space is neat, clean, and spacious! The doctor (Dr. Cristina Cisneros) had amazing bedside manners and was very thorough in her assessment! I could not be happier with the services! 10/10 recommend!
