Best dental service ever!!! I’m not sure about the other experiences people have had but the front desk was straight forward and informative with what documents and payments I needed before the procedure. I got two wisdom teeth out and I did not feel a thing! I was sedated and took a sweet nap. The anesthesia tech was very helpful and reassuring, the doctor was present and the surgeon was present before I was lights out. From my understanding the procedure was probably 30-45 mi(?) but felt like 1 min. In terms of how much I paid, it’s irrelevant since everyone has different coverage. I did pay out of pocket but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle.

I recently visited Gentle Dental Riverside Central for an emergency tooth extraction due to an infection. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and at ease. 

Dr. David Saed, the attending dentist, was not only highly skilled but also compassionate throughout the procedure. He ensured I was comfortable and thoroughly explained each step, which alleviated my anxiety. The extraction was performed efficiently, and I experienced minimal discomfort during and after the procedure.

The clinic’s flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, made scheduling convenient.  Additionally, their acceptance of most insurance plans and various payment options made the financial aspect stress-free.

Overall, my experience at Gentle Dental Riverside Central was outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I tried I truly did! But after multiple times of getting improper care, it’s frustrating! The first time I ended up not being able to get a cleaning because they
were backed up! So I just got there sat for a whole hour just to be told they couldn’t see me! Finally I get an appointment for a cleaning and filling my cavities. However when it came to my “cleaning” it was done by someone who was clearly rushing. When I looked over my teeth they missed plague that I have on my front teeth AND told me I couldn’t even get my cavities filled because again they were backed up! They told me to come another day. I just don’t understand if you aren’t able to help me at the time I scheduled why even have that opening? or call me and cancel my appt! Again It’s so frustrating to have to go through this!! The only good thing about that dentist office is the receptionist with the red hair (I apologize I don’t remember her name) she’s been so kind!

They tried to make me pay for a bone graft for $800 that my daughter didn't need . And when I decided not to get the bone graft and pay $800 Gentle Dental referred me to another dentist !!

This office has rescheduled my appointments last minute on multiple occasions. I have had to rearrange other procedures and my schedule just to find out upon showing up that they canceled my appointment. Don’t come here unless you have a very open schedule. Also the periodontal specialist is rude, dismissive and only available once a month. I had a terrible experience with my gum graft surgery which I spent $2,500 on. Having to wait two months to follow up. Very little after care support. Do not recommend.
