They told me I needed multiple crowns and possible root canals and said they take my insurance but they gave me an estimate of close to $10,000. I went to another dentist with their X-rays and they told me I did not need those procedures. Beware!!!

I just visited for a post op check and cleaning. As usual, the entire team was great from the time I arrived until the moment I left. A very special thank you to Lauren for being an excellent tech and calming influence as dental visits can be a bit stressful for me. She made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental team! I walked in with a dental phobia that had kept me away from dental care for 8yrs. Suffice to say I needed some work. I was in pain, tender and scared. They took care of me while helping me improve my dental hygiene. I’m grateful I was ready and able to follow their advisements. I have come leaps and bounds in the last year!

My dental hygienist is AMAZING. I don’t think I could relax while someone scraped my teeth unless I trusted them as much as I trust Lauren. She is very kind, gentle and friendly. She is attune to me as a person and does a great job!

Kathy at the front desk is so helpful! She has managed my scattered brain and dental phobia with a patience I value. She is great about helping me stay on track with my appointments and understand options for financing each investment in my oral health.

I could go on, but we’d be here a long time. Each of the staff is a shining star and they work well together to ensure quality care and sensitivity to patient needs. I’m beyond impressed and plan to maintain my relationship here. I have even adjusted my dental insurance carrier to make sure I can keep this office as my provider. I recommend for anyone who’s waited little too long and needs people they can trust.

I was coming in for a standard cleaning but I had an unbelievable experience. From the Bree and Cassie at the front desk to the hygienist Lauren, they were all extremely kind and professional. Lauren was the one who did my cleaning and it was fantastic. I couldn't even feel any pain at all and it was over before I knew it. Not to mention that my teeth were the cleanest that they have been in a while! Everyone else was also very kind and talented. The dentist himself, Dr. Al Kassey and his assistants were very kind and helpful. Especially Pey, the dental assistant. She had a bright and welcoming smile that just made me feel really comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone who is curious about whether or not they should schedule an appointment.

My name is Ashkan First of all, I want to thank this dental clinic and its highly respected and extremely professional staff especially their very kind dental assistant dear Pey
and I would like to share a very enjoyable experience in this wonderful dental clinic. I have lived in various countries in Western Europe for many years and visited many excellent dentists, but nowhere has such good and pleasant memories for me.

I want to start with the management and reception, they are very kind and calm, even if your English is not good, you feel very comfortable there and they help you a lot.

And about the doctor and the dentist's assistant dear Pey , they are wonderful, they are very professional in their work, you don't feel any pain at all,
They make you laugh with their sweet language and you forget your pain. They are very kind and personable. They don't let you stress or feel any pain during the process. They take good care of you, I promise.
If you, like me, are afraid of going to the dentist, I definitely suggest you visit this wonderful Dental clinic.

Get a treatment case estimate before you schedule any services here!!! Beware, they upsell and charge for tons of services that are unnecessary and overpriced. If you go somewhere else, they will give you an estimate for half the price. Please read all the terrible yelp reviews under gentle dentistry before you go. I was unfortunately scammed by this terrible office. They do not tell you what isn’t covered or what your balance will be till much later and will bill you for thousands. I have had second and third opinions by several other dentists in the area who all agreed that the charges from this office were unnecessary and unethical.

Avoid to avoid unnecessary dental work. Went in in July and was told I needed a new filling bc the other one was going bad. No pain, no issues, but trusted the dentist so we went ahead. A crown and a filling and lots of money later, I was now in pain. Went in every couple weeks for “adjustments” for my bite bc I couldn’t chew on that side. The dentist became argumentative when I cried in frustration at now being in constant pain and refused to redo the filling and reluctantly referred me to endo for a root canal but I was over him and his recommendations. Completely switched insurances so I could go to a trusted dentist and now I’m having to get a root canal and another crown and paying almost $3k out of pocket to FIX the horrible dental work received here. All of this could have been avoided if I never came here.

Today was my family’s first visit to Gateway Dentistry, and they were awesome. Everyone in their office was polite and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and were extremely professional. Additionally, they were great with my children, who were very nervous trying a new dentist. I highly recommend this office.
