I came in for work to close a gap between two teeth and now I have pain every time I eat.

Horrible experience from the start. The Corona office appointment was at 4pm and they gave me the numbing injection then I sat there until 6pm. They had one dentist working multiple rooms at the same time which I don’t mind except I had to keep asking when are you going to start the actual work?

During the procedure I felt a sharp pain in my tooth (thought I wasn’t supposed to feel it?) and gave it some days after to see if it would subside. It never went away and still hurts now when I eat.

When I called the dentist had moved to the Riverside clinic which in my opinion is an absolute disgrace. Nancy who I had never met before looked me dead in the eye and first told me I wasn’t in pain, then said it was from before the procedure, then said maybe my tooth rotated. Can’t make this stuff up.

The dentist who performed on me took one look at it and said sorry she probably overlooked it on the day (too many patients at once perhaps) and forgot to put some kind of sensitivity sealant on but will fix it for me next week.

I made the appointment to fix it at 1.30pm and kept getting texts saying it was at 2pm so I called at 1.20pm to see what the story was and couldn’t get through. When that happens you get a switchboard at head office and they also couldn’t get through so I made a mistake and came in at 2.20pm. They told me to take a seat, but for some reason my dentist took the next person (2.30pm) who arrived after me and they told me it was now a 4h wait.

I asked who was in charge and it was Nancy. Great. I said how can you take the next patient when they arrived after me, I paid in full including their strange annual membership fee and she again looked me dead in the eye and said no I paid the Corona office not Riverside.

I called the Corona office and asked for a full refund for botched work and unhelpful and dishonest staff. They said I’d get a call in 2 days. I waited 3, no call. Called back, another 2 day wait, I waited 4, no call. I called again they said tomorrow, guaranteed, from the regional manager.

That’s today, they are closed now. No call. Still in pain. Down $850. To her credit Alyssa from Corona was understanding although you wonder how much she actually did to get me a resolution when I’ve had to call back 4 times and visit twice in person and still nothing.

How does a business like this survive? Avoid at all costs.

Fast talkers in businesses is a red flag. Good communication is vital.
I'm slower, I talk to where others can understand me. Learned it in school.They hung up on me today because they have no patience or maybe drink too much coffee.
The other reviews you read here are true.

I have had the same invisalign tray in for over 2 months. this location has done nothing for my teeth; i was suppose to get attachments for my invisalign and the "doctor" said it wasn't necessary. and now i sit here waiting for my refinements because my teeth weren't aligned properly (surprise surprise). their technology is also not very advanced, we had to do mold impressions.. most places have machines to do this.
anyways... i had an appointment today and was told they wouldn't arrive until later that week and now my appointment isn't for another 2 weeks. and when i asked if i could just pick them up; the declined talking about attachments they never even put attachments in the first place, now they care? I have had the same tray for 2 months because their ortho is only here on MONDAYS. I work a night shift and it's highly inconvenient to be coming to an appointment where they look at my teeth for 1 second and call it a day. they couldn't even have the decency to call and let me know the aligners haven't showed up. but you know, can make a bunch of false appointments for you without your permission.

do not come here. save your money and go elsewhere if you want people who actually care about you and your teeth

Worst experience ever if i can give this place a 0 star i would!!! Mind you multiple people are having the same issue where they aren’t doing the procured and up charging them!!! came here for one thing since my dentist couldn’t book me in, and asked to get a tooth pull and told me it would be a $750 which i paid and then told me they couldn’t do the procured bc there was an “infection” so they charged me $380 bc they needed to do a “deep clean” which i didnt ask but wouldn’t do the precssure if i didnt pay since it was in emergency i paid dentist told me couldn’t do the deep clean and told me to come by the next Friday, came back just for the dentist not to be there and was told that I had to pay another $700 to clean the other side of the month when the deep cleaning was never done, try to tell the 2 older ladys up front and were being very rude telling me “You dont know what ur talking about since ur mouth was numb” when they weren’t even the one doing the pressured ! A month go by and i get a bill calming i own money? Saying my insurance couldn’t cover it? But didn’t tell me in the moment I pay? How does that make sense? You ran through my information got the thumbs up and told me what i had to pay what my insurance couldn’t cover which it was $1,200 just for a tooth removal remind you ONE tooth removal cost me $1,200! Try calling to talk about it the lady picked up was so rude telling me “you need to claimed down” she hung up and didn’t resolve anything called back again just for them to hung up DONT COME HERE THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR UNNECESSARY WORK TO BE DONE!!!

I came in for a consultation for implants and had the best experience. My treatment was explained to me and reasonably priced. Thank you Bridgette and Andrea for making my visit a great experience.

I took out a loan for veneers for my front teeth. I took out a loan from Sunbit however Goldcoast did not perform the procedure. I went to another dental office and had them done. I canceled the loan on 1/27/24 with Sunbit. Nancy was supposed to send the canceled request to Sunbit, as of today 10/8/24, this has not been done and has showed up on my credit report. Every time I call Nancy she keeps giving me the run around. At this point, I am seeking legal advice. They are refusing to return the funds to Sunbit and myself

Do not visit this location. Once you give them your information they will not stop calling and setting up appointments that are never scheduled. I ask to please remove me from there contact list but the they continue to contact me. Try Abbey in Riverside ask for Doctor Torro she is amazing
