Very glad I found Kevin and Gosforth Physio. Kevin has massively improved my shoulder which had been injured for quite some time and not improved despite trying previous physiotherapists.

He also helped with a calf injury and got me into Pilates.
I cannot recommend Gosforth Physio enough.

I since joined the Pilates class which helped a great deal too. You can be certain that you won’t do the wrong movements and hurt yourself under their supervision and guidance.
Over the months I have felt much better in my body and my muscles have certainly been reinforced. They tend to push you ….. nicely ….. ?.

I have been treated by several therapists over the years but Steph has been by far the most effective one I have ever had! She has helped me with both upper and lower body injuries and niggles, some of which have gone away for good (and the rest probably would, too, if I stuck to the exercises better!). Also, I have never tried acupuncture prior to visiting Gosforth Physio but now wouldn’t want any other kind of treatment - could not recommend it (and Steph) more! Excellent service all-round.

Being a bodybuilder I had been struggling with knee pain for over 5 years when lifting, I had been to many physiotherapists in the region, but none of which have cured my knee pain. James at the clinic had customised insoles made for me. It has now been 6 months of wearing them and my knee pain has gradually disappeared, to the point where I actually can' believe how good my knees feel.
