This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We got stuck in traffic on the freeway and ended up being 6 minutes late. They told me they couldn't see my son because we were supposed to be there at 8:30 even though our appointment is at 9. They told me they texted me a link to check in and I didn't get the link. Then they said they emailed it. We have been waiting for 6 months for this appointment. The women in the office are caddy and rude. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The check in process was a bunch of personal questions they don't have any relation to a dental appointment. I love greenville health clinic but the dental clinic is a joke.

Came here for a tooth that was cutting my tounge, the lady wasn't sure if it was a bone or a tooth fragment, but she yanked on it anyway and ended up hurting me. She couldn't take it out with pliers, so she grinded it down only to get infected 2 days later. I tried to go back as an emergency and waited two hrs until I heard they were going on lunch. They do not care about their patients. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND HASSLE.

My Children and I have been patients of the Greenville Rancheria Dental office for 14 years. Lately I have noticed the office staff to be horrible. I notice over the years they are unable to retain any dentist for any amount of time. They replaced everyone in the reception office multiple times but the latest crew in the front office is rude and dismissive. Likely the most unprofessional characters I have experienced in any office setting.
If you read through the reviews you see one common thread which is their inability to retain a dentist. They book out 6 months or more for appointments then by the time your appointments are days within reach they call to advise you that the dentist no longer works for the clinic. Their customer service is so bad that they now have a security guard. I kid you not. Have you ever seen a dental office that requires a security guard? She wears an outfit that looks like she handles some sort of fuel and most of the time can be seen outside the front door smoking a cigarette which is super professional. Does the tribal council have no pride ? Do they not read the reviews ? Do they just not care about their reputation ? I can say without a doubt that when you see 15 one star reviews with the same complaint and the occasional 5 star “ Oh my God they are angels sent from heaven” review you have to know the 5 star is a fake review. I miss the old crew. They knew what they were doing and they were very pleasant. I am assuming this current crew found themselves unemployable and the only offers they received was Greenville which is why they are there. I also anticipate they won't last long as no one has.

Today was my first experience with this clinic and so far I am not impressed. At first it was great but the schedulers sprung an appointment on me without letting me know. When I called to reschedule because I had things to do the rest of the day they told me that all dental procedures will halt until this appointment. I had already made his appointment for his wisdom teeth extraction so I had to go. Then I asked if I could leave (he's 16, not 6) and they said I had to stay. If he can drive a car I am darn sure he can sit through a dental appointment. That put me behind to get my other daughter what she needed (time sensitive). I am very happy with the back staff but the front staff needs a ton of communication work with not only each other but with the patients and parents of patients.

They have literally lost their their customer service. I don't know what's been happening but it's pretty messed up my kids and my husband haven't been able to be seen because they keep rescheduling their appointments and putting them for way farther out my kids and husband haven't been able to be seen in almost a year because they keep rescheduling and putting them off even though we scheduled the appointments and then they call us to reschedule and then we still have to wait months and months out because they keep rescheduling us they really need to learn how to work on customer service and getting their schedules organized because this is becoming really ridiculous

They should be shut down. Unprofessional. Cancelations are ridiculous and they put you at the back of the line. They tell you to come I'm at 745 they'll see you then LIE about it. Just because it's medical doesn't justify HORRIBLE service. By the time you can be seen for what started as a simple filling becomes an extraction
