There's some good people there... But unfortunately a few bad apples ruin the bunch. Pros: Solid psych NP and sliding scale. Cons: No one takes their job seriously. Unprofessional language and behavior. Terrible MAT program. I've been to many and this one was the worst.

The Key West office seems clean and well-run. They referred me to the Marathon facility which I found seriously lacking. The nurses are mostly wonderful and at least one went above and beyond. Constant air-conditioning was too cold, food was unacceptable, nothing healthy. The two doors opened so that smokers could have a cigarette, but the entire area was full of smoke and there were more non-smokers who had to choke on second hand smoke. All rooms were cleaned every day with entirely too much too strong smelling disinfectants - can't breathe all those toxic fumes not to mention the low paid workers and patients breathing that junk. I had to leave - most of the people were self admitted like me. It took an excessively long time. There was bus transportationtion so I had to leave my car in Key West and the rides to and from were time consuming and tedious. I could have driven myself. Not for vegetarians or those who like fresh air and food. Hope this helps.
