Most people don't even believe they are my natural nails. Whatever S&S products they use keep my nails very healthy. Even my feet are starting to look better. The people in here are very interpersonal and genuinely friendly. They will actually give you what you ask for instead of what they want you to have. Finally found a nail home after all this time.

I had great friendly service here, plus my nails look amazing! My favorite part was NOT BEING RUSHED! They are so patient and very attentive to the customer's requests. On this particular Day I had Li Li and Alec. I highly recommend them both!

Literally the worse set of nails I’ve ever gotten. First she cut my nails to the nub of my fingers when I specifically said I don’t want any length cut off before applying acrylics. Second she cut me with the nail file and pretended like it didn’t happen when she saw the cut.
On top of everything else these nails lasted barely a week. The last set I had done at Innovations In hartwell lasted well over a month and a half and could have lasted longer had they of not grown out so far. These nails are chipping and literally falling off after almost a week.
Will NOT return. Worst $60 ever spent.

Wonderful! My first time getting acrylics and I love them. Vincent did an amazing job, they are perfect. The shape is spot on and they are so shiny. He made sure to look at them from every angle, they look so good!

I don’t typically share reviews, but thought I’d share about how nice it is to be remembered. I don’t treat myself often. I’ve actually only been here a couple times. I sent my Mom who was very pleased & when I went back the male owner not only remembered me, asked how the build of my home was going, thanked me for sending my Mom, etc. The female owner also very kindly fixed my little girls painted toes without making us feel bad. I have had great service, pedicures have been very thorough & I leave feeling well taken care of!

Vincent did an excellent job on my nails, and Kim's pedicure was probably the best I have ever had!
* * Some of the older reviews are for the previous Owners - who were not good! The current owners are excellent ! The business is clean, the services are excellent

Nice associates very cursity and clean, but certain people should do nails very unhappy with fingernail work.
Visit again 6/9/22 hand done again and very dissatisfied because the associate was suppose to do my nail the same color of my toes and they didn't so I to get my toes done over from weeks ago so they match my hand. They should have paid for my my toes to be done instead of me paying another fee😠 I think I need to go back to Lucy Nails
