Visit with the doctor went well. It's unfortuante that his billing department is careless and uncommunicative. As a healthcare provider at a small private practice similar to this one, I know firsthand that the office staff represents his practice too. Unfortunately his staff have proven over and over again that they are not adequately trained.

1) I receive a bill. They didn't save my insurance info so they billed me instead. Weird to not even let me know they lost my insurance info and to just charge me the full cash amount, but okay. Also, I provided them my insurance info on the phone before I even made my appointment because I wanted to ensure they accepted my insurance so I know they knew I wasn't a cash patient.
2) Months later, I receive an adjusted bill after the insurance payment. I call them to pay the bill. Billing department is on vacation. When they finally call back, I give them my credit card info over the phone. I'm overseas paying an international fee to pay this bill because they finally called me back after months of back and forth. I think it's finally done.
4) I receive another bill. Weird to not let me know they lost my credit card info so they can't process the payment, but okay. I call them on a weekday during business hours to pay for it and they don't pick up. I left them a message with time/date to call, as per their instructions. I NEVER GET A CALL BACK.
5. I receive another bill. This time, it has a note saying that they will be sending my bill to collections. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY THIS $51 BILL FOR LITERALLY MONTHS.

Doc, please have your billing department: PICK UP THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK. TAKE MY PAYMENT (AGAIN) AND RUN IT THROUGH THIS TIME.

I thought by the reviews this would be a good place to get custom insoles made. Made the appointment, gave them my insurance info and asked to have benefits verified before the appt. Showed up for the appointment to find out they hadn't verified payment. Had the appointment and then they wanted me to pay out of pocket for something my insurance covers 100% until they could verify benefits. After 4 months of back and forth trying to get my benefits verified they said they're out of network so my insurance won't pay anything. That's a lie because I have a PPO that pays 70% for out of network and if they're out of network they would have known right away if they just didn't accept blue cross. They're either lazy, incompitant or unethical and they just blame their third party billing office. My wife went to another local place and everything was smooth, covered and she received the insoles in two weeks. What a waste of 4 months.

This place is wonderful! Courtney at the front desk is awesome, she is always positive, smiling and friendly. Dr.Lords is amazing, I wish he was a pediatrician, because he was great with my child. He is always nice, funny and is very patient. He answers all of you questions without being rushed, and he has a very calm demeanor.

I had a really painful ingrown toe nail. I went in, was a bit nervous during the process, but from the minute I stepped into the office, Dr Lords and his staff (Tammy, Lenny) were amazing. They used light hearted conversation to ease me into it and really made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service and Tammy was warm, friendly and courteous when I first called. I went in for x-rays and a cortisone shot to ease the remaining discomfort from planter fasciitus, but Dr. Lord (father) suggested I try a special arch support insert. The decrease in discomfort was immediate and the pain all but disappeared. I didn't need the cortisone shot and their "Cash Customer" discount was reasonable, since I'm a Senior and didn't want to wait months for the VA hospital to see me. Highly recommend their business!

Having been a practicing podiatrist in Orange County for some 15 yrs I became familiar with most of the podiatrists in this area. I found Dr. Lords to be very knowledgeable, skillful, patient and an excellent communicator.

My mother has very painful toenails, calluses, on both feet which require consistent, on-going care in order for her to walk comfortably.

Now that I've retired from podiatry, I take my mother to Dr. Lords for her foot care. Mom deserves the best and she is very happy with the care Dr. Lords has given her.

I had a terrible pain from an ingrowing toenail and needed to see a doctor to get it removed. I was new to the area and found this place thanks to Google reviews. Dr. Lords took care of me in a very professional way and the relief to pain was immediate. I am writing this review 3 weeks after, and in the meanwhile the area has been healing perfectly. I highly recommend this clinic!

Originally a California/Norco girl, However after 52 years in the Inland Empire, I moved to Hawaii for a great job position. Fast forward; I become a flight attendant at the age of 60 and moved to Texas, Fort Worth.
I tell you all of this because I’ve been to podiatrist all over… Remember I’m a flight attendant – ha ha. I’ve been back now consumed by this pandemic - stay’n in & doing all THATS right up there with try’s to get healthy...suddenly I was hit with a sharp, piercing
Excruciating pain in my left foot.
I noticed it swollen and has little red marks at the arch along with swelling at my arch. Take that Fred Flintstone!!
I googled “best podiatrist in orange county”… And there he was - Dr. Lords at happy feet!
Dr. Lords (great name hun?),Tammy & the wonderful trio of genius’s in their field wrote the book on customer Service!
Help me? Yes. Diagnosed with Several major issues, one being Gout & the other Shingles?!!?
At least I know my FEET are in in GREAT HANDS!!
