Max Kupferman has been amazing to work with. He doesn’t force anything on you, he listens to you and finds the best possible solution tailored to you as an individual. I honestly for the first time feel as though I’m getting the help I need, as opposed to just being a tester for medication. It’s nice being able to ask real questions and receive answers that put my mind at ease and help me understand what I’m feeling and why, as well understanding the medicine I take and what it does. I’m very happy with my experience, And will be continuing to work with him outside of treatment.

Dr. Gomez is a class act. I love that he is mellow and easygoing, a delight to talk to and cares about his patents. Of strange occurrences, I started with Dr. Gomez on his first day. I am so glad to have been put in his care. Dr. Gomez is extremely sharp and has excellent follow-through. I would highly recommend him!

BTW: HPMH provides coupons to help cover medications that they text you when the confirm the prescriptions. It's a refreshing change from the last group I was with.

I liked my mental health professional until we were at an appointment in person talking about my mental health and he takes one look at me and tells me, "At some point we want to get a nutritionist in the office so maybe if you lost weight with them it would also improve your mental health." He gave me the impression of somebody who talks before he thinks. Maybe he was trying to be helpful but there's a time and place to talk about my weight. And at a therapist's office is not the place.

Wasn’t willing to help me or work with me. Left me without medication refills or someone else I could see. Not a good experience and communication is difficult with your provider. Doesn’t seem like someone who truly wants to help just wants easy.
