Absolutely hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. My family used to go to Dr. Koenitzer and he was my dentist for years. Sadly, I moved away from Petaluma in 2007, and two years ago when I was living in Oakland and struggling to find a dentist I felt comfortable with, my mother suggested I go back to Dr. Koenitzer’s practice. I did, and I have not regretted it once.
I’ve been fortunate enough to see Dr. Hartford who is also fantastic. I can’t praise the skill and level of care from everyone at this practice enough. HIGHLY recommend.

Originally, I went to Dr. Koenitzer for a second opinion on what my dentist had said was a necessary crown replacement for between 2 and 3 thousand dollars. Bob did a repair instead, in about 10 minutes, for under $300. When I referred by husband to Bob, their office sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Great staff and I highly recommend them.

We moved away recently but just wanted to leave a note that Drs Koenitzer and Hartford served us well as dentists for 3 years, and Domenica as my hygienist was excellent too. Great attention to detail and modern equipment. Hoping to find a dentist as good as they were here in our new town but we are still looking.

I would like to thank the amazing staff for taking such great care of my daughter. The heartfelt, genuine and professionalism that this staff exudes does not go unnoticed. Thank you Megan, for insisting that my daughter be seen ASAP after we visited the ER department at Kaiser, and also making sure we had an appointment to get in right away to have a hugh cyst be removed from under my daughter's gums at your neighboring orthodontist. I picked this office because of the YELP reviews. They were not wrong! The office is clean, inviting and nicely appointed. Everyone here is just lovely. They are all polite, helpful, caring and informative. I just love them. I am going back for follow up care in a week and I'm not dreading it at all! I've not had dental care in over ten years, and they didn't make me feel badly about it at all! They are all just really professional and nice. If you need some great care, go see these wonderful people!

During this pandemic, the office staff took all precautions to ensure we were all safe. Walking into Dr Koenitzer office has always been a pleasant and great experience. I will always bring my business to Sr Koenitzer because time and time again, the whole office has done such a remarkable job.

What an excellent experience! Dr Pam was very professional, friendly and clear with her evaluation findings. She clearly explaned the work that needed to be done and time frame with which it should be completed. Dr Koenitzer and his assistant were able to get me in sooner than planned as my tooth was bothering me. All three were very clear with what procedures were being performed and why. Further they were extremely gentle and careful with even a deep cavity and filling. Able to get my visit complete in 40 minutes as they stated. One of best dental visits of my life!! . I highly recommend this dental office!

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at Dr. Koenitzer’s dental office since my first visit earlier this year. In a weeks time the work to rebuild my smile, rid myself of gum disease and strengthening my teeth will begin. I am looking forward to this event, so that I can enjoy the good and healthy foods we all love and enjoy eating.

Dr. Koenitzer makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed in the dentists chair, so I anticipate a smooth series of appointments over the next two months, culminating with me being able to smile once again! You know, actually as I think about it, everyone who works at the dental office with Dr. Koenitzer, make me feel relaxed, comfortable and they treat me like I am their only concern for the day.

Of course there are many other patients there, but it is a good indicator of a professionally operated business and it speaks volumes about the staff and the good Dr. Koenitzer.
