A Wonderful Experience at Heavenly Smiles with Dr. Bita Tahvildari

I had a really good experience with Dr. Bita Tahvildari and her team at Heavenly Smiles in Poway, CA. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and cheerful, which really helps if you're nervous about going to the dentist.

Dr. Bita is amazing. She's very skilled and takes the time to explain everything. She genuinely cares about her patients and makes sure I understand what's going on. I never feel rushed, and she always answers my questions, no matter how small.

What really impressed me was how Dr. Bita and her team listened to my concerns. I've had some anxiety about dental visits in the past, but they did everything they could to make me feel at ease. It's rare to find a dentist who combines technical skill with genuine compassion.

The support staff is great too! Everyone is positive and ready to help. From scheduling appointments to answering questions about insurance, they make everything easy and stress-free. It's a refreshing change from what you might expect from a typical dental office.

In a world where dental care can sometimes feel like just a transaction, Dr. Bita and her team really stand out. They've made going to the dentist a much better experience for me, and I actually look forward to my appointments now.

I truly can't say enough great things about Dr. Bita Tahvildari! After several terrible past experiences where other dentists ignored my sensitivity and nonverbal cues of pain, I was hesitant to pursue dental care again. Dr. Tahvildari completely changed that. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also extremely empathetic. She was flexible with scheduling, making it easy to find a convenient time, and made sure I was fully numb before beginning her work on my teeth. She even held my hand, understanding that I struggle with pain tolerance. Her gentle and caring approach put me at such ease, like my own mother was taking care of me, and my cavity fillings were done quickly and expertly. I highly recommend Dr. Tahvildari to every single one of my close friends, especially those with dental anxiety or past traumatic experiences with other dental care. Everyone here in this office is super nice....the care they put into what they are doing is above what I have had in my past dental visits. They were able to squeeze me in and fix an issue of my tooth and I couldn't be happier! Nobody likes going to the dentist but they totally put me at ease and helped my pain/issue and..... I love them....and I did tell all of them that!!!! Actually looking forward to my cleaning now! Thanks to Dr. Bita and her team!

Dr. Bita was warm and professional. I have not experienced pain after getting several crowns here and regular cleanings. The office was very clean and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. After every one of my appointments, Dr. Bita personally called me to see how I was doing with her personal cell phone. I have never had a dentist do that before, that was so caring of her! I am really happy I made the switch to this dental office and made her my permanent dentist whenever I come and visit my family in California.
