I had been taking my family here for 15 years and it was all I knew. It was good for years and we had “our” dentist we saw. I don’t know what happened but at some point it was filled with random Dentist and we barely saw the same one twice.
Everytime I went in, even for cleaning, I was told I had issues and I blindly went along with it. They always maxed out my insurance and quoted me hundreds if not thousands on top of it. Unfortunately, I trusted them and went along with it.
It wasn’t until I was told they needed to replace a bridge that they had just done 4-5 prior and quoted me $5000 after insurance(I had good insurance) that a friend suggested I go get a second opinion at their dentist which I did.
Indeed I did need it replaced but That dentist suggested an alternative for a third of the price that has worked out just fine and is now slowly repairing the inferior work this place did on other things. They had also done a crown in which I paid to have the porcelain on metal one and then proceeded to grind down the porcelain so far trying to get the bite right that a spot of the metal showed through. Ended up having to get that replaced several years later for a small crack.
This office may have all the newest gadgets and is very modern but I wonder if all these dentist are right out of school or just trying to make the company the most money they can.
I will say, the only thing I miss is my hygienist. She was great.

I have to say in all my years of going to the dentist the Hemet Dentist office is by far. The best everyone in there are nicest people so helpful you could ever wanna meet i!! You can get an appointment really quick!
Each dentist is excellent that I have seen there they are number one in my book. I highly recommend this office they take care of all your needs and truly care about you. I saw Dr. Lee this time and Jackie helped me with everything as far as the paperwork financing and appointments very sweet and easy to talk to everyone about s Fabulous Darling 100% ?

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, swiftly getting me checked in and comfortable. The dental hygienist, Kristen Ruiz, exhibited a high level of expertise and care during the cleaning. She explained each step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I felt at ease throughout. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, leaving my teeth feeling incredibly clean and refreshed.

Best experience EVER!!! Got a bridge here 7 years ago over the weekend ot fell out... went in today explained what took place and sense they didn't need to do anything except reapply it they gave me the best news ever it was no cost free... this is a blessing ? thank you so much Dr. Lee Lorena and Andrea for your consideration kindness and professionalism... also super super clean office with plenty of smiles!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. I came in this morning with a broken bridge, was taken in immediately and left with a new smile.
Whenever I call to ask a question or make an appointment, an actual human being promptly answers the phone.
I especially want to thank Dr. Guest and the technician George. They are both awesome.
It is all such a change of pace from what we all are enduring with most Dr's offices.
