Their surgery coordinator which they only have (1) along with their frustratingly inconsistent office personnels inability to answer their incoming calls with an actual live office representative when on my (2) walk-in visits saw no less (3) office personnel staff members? They answer only (1) out every (5) calls made to their office in a days time with no certainly of anyone to answer on any regularly open hours during the week? In addition,they respond electronically via (text) or (email) promising to return a message within a 48hr window? Their surgery coordinator scheduled me for my right foot that is only getting harder to manage with pain and suffering in which by unforeen timing I come up with the flu had no other alternative but to inform them 48hrs before to reschedule. I finally had enough After 4 days 3 messages their coordinator responds via phone to make nothing but excuses and tells seek another foot clinic? As if I as the patient (customer) instagated the delay of surgery and am now at fault? This is a totally unprofessional unacceptably negligent conduct on the part both management practices. Yes, I finally lost my cool gave them a tough lashing as they deserved like many other 60 yr olds who is suffering with foot pain in need of surgery! No patient should have to deal with that? What ever happened to the old fashion respect and courtesy for the patient? What this world coming to?

Dr Bollmann is an expert with decades of experience. He knows what he is doing. His staff is very nice also. My ankle is much better thanks to his compression wrap, I'm happy, I had an excellent experience!

Earlier last year I was seeing Dr Bollman about an infection but he wouldn't give me a strong enough antibiotic. I kept asking him and as my infection got worse I kept calling him. He wouldn't see me. Finally I went to hospital and ended up having my big toe amputated.
I left this review once but it seemed to disappear. Dr. Bollman doesn't really care about his patients. He should have told me to go to another Dr. If he didn't want to treat me instead of putting me off. Losing your big toe ruins your balance forever. Just don't go to him.

Dr. Bollmann explained my options clearly and recommended that I didn't need surgery but to mobilize my foot for another month. Jennifer was very helpful as she took my x-rays, called ins.,while I waited, to get authorization for a boot/cast and explained what to do and not do on it. The office staff were helpful as well, getting me an appt.in a timely manner for my jones fracture. Thank you

I used to bring my late husband to this clinic and he loved it. He really liked his doctor and the way he treated him. He had chronic health problems mostly with his heart and needed to go often as his congestive heart failure affected all parts of his body. There was never a long wait and the staff were very efficient and attentive. At times the parking was a little difficult but I would just drop him off in front and find a parking spot a little further away.

Broke my foot & I was referred to this office. I was told to get another set of X-rays on my foot to see if I needed surgery as it had been 2 weeks since the break & 1set of X-rays. They said I would get a call that afternoon about the results & here it is 10 days later, no call or results, I have left messages, emails & nothing. They say they are open on Fridays until 3 but if you call, they say they are closed. Called primary care doctor to get a new referral to orthopedics instead. I do not recommend this office.

One of the more positive experiences I have had visiting a specialized medical facility. From the young ladies working the front office to the intake nurse and the young doctor who examined me, all made me feel comfortable and I was treated very well. I was in and done with-in the first hour of my arrival, not a practice I have had the pleasure of experiencing very often.
