Worst nail salon I have been so far. Waited one hour and end up paying for the job they didn’t even finished.
Left me one hour with polish removal on my fingers, and did manicure to another lady. Asked how long I’m gonna sit like this. Another manicurist came took my nail polish removals ( not even properly) and all of sudden got another costumer. I started complaining, they said I mean.
Why you started mine if you had 2 appointments who came after me. Why didn’t told me before, why no apology.
Instead forced me to pay for nail polish removal. Of course I got angry and they asked me to leave.
Waisted hour and 30 mins, paying 10$ for this and ruined my day explaining what is wrong what is right to rude dumb people.
BTW after posting this review they sent me offensive and threatening text to my email

Not from California and needed feet and nails done ASAP. Made an appointment for me and my 3yr old. They did an amazing job and was super fantastic with my daughter. I got a full set and pedi, she got a mani and pedi. They had great service and I will definitely be going back for the short term I'm here.

I had a great experience! The salon is super clean, nice environment, friendly staff and they do nails very well! I got mani and pedi with massage and my nails look very cute :)! Fair price, highly recommend! There is a lot of parking and they are on time with appointments

I was referred to Hollywood nails, and when we walked in the door..a little after 10's am. It was about 4-5 customers (1) sitting alone, and the others were getting nails done (2 Asian males). Small asian female looks up, then back on her phone, she said under her breath..you have a appointment (not really looking at us! I told her no, and was told they had walk ins..I don't think she heard me or wanted to hear what I said. Then she said, can you come back at 2..

This behavior is unacceptable 😒 😤 this is how Black American people (seniors/Disabled Veteran) are treated!!

My wife has had regular 'fill and color' sessions here for over a year, including special stuff for holidays. Ive had several maincures as well. Great work, well staffed, readily available, but phone ahead just in case.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! inexperienced and rude staff. I came in today to get a full set of acrylics and the guy that was doing my nails first started getting annoyed at me when i would tell him to please make the length of the acrylic shorter. He was very short-tempered but i let slide. After getting to the desired length, he then started applying the powder to the point where i would feel my nail SO heavy, i ask him to take a look at it before he proceeds with my other nails and i see huge thick layers of powder that he was trying to hide underneath my nail because he had put way too much. I then asked him to please stop because i was definitely not liking my nails and his technique. he did not even shape my nails after using the nail cutter, he went straight to adding huge amounts of powder layers. I politely asked him to please take all my nails off after he was done with my second nail because they just looked AWFUL. However, the other people from the staff heard and got so aggravated. One of the other guys raised his voice at me and said “if u don’t like it u can take them off!” Then this other lady from staff was yelling “he is not done yet!” he was certainly not done yet but i knew that the way he had started was already wrong because i’ve gotten acrylics so many times and they didn’t look like that not even from the start. There is no way he is a licensed nail tech, he definitely did not have a clue on how to apply the correct amount of powder and how to do nails in general. Not only did i have to go through the disappointment but i also went trough a lot of pain while he was taking my acrylics off. He was very rough with the whole process, i even got skin cuts on 3 of my nails. If you are looking for experienced staff and good customer service don’t ever go here because this is not the place where you’ll find those things.

Paid over $250 for 2 gel pedicures, a full set and a fill with gel. The polish on 1 set of nails peeled off within 24 hours. The manicurist did not use a binder and said it wasn't necessary since they were acrylics. I've had acrylics for years and a binder has always been used. Obviously I was right because the polish peeled off. I unfortunately got my nails done the day before for an out of state event. I will never go back. Worst service I've ever received and the prices were ridiculous. I get the same services elsewhere for less than 1/2 the cost. Sadly my usual place was closed and since Hollywood had good ratings I gave them a shot. Worst gamble of my life. My nails looked worse then they did before I went in.
