Thought we would go here to try a new dentist in town for my daughter. We had a very bad experience. After billing my primary and secondary insurance, they sent me an additional bill. We just went for a cleaning and immediately got pressured into more work than was needed. The doctor was very rude as well. There are many other better dentists in town.

Been going here for many years (~10 yrs). I have gone to dentist in past who have been very aggressive and leaving my lips and cheeks scraped up. Dr. Hong is patient and kind. Entire team front and back are great.

Dr. Hong has been our dentist for over 20 years. When we need fillings or tooth pain, they are able to meet with us to fix our issues. We routinely visit for our cleaning and x-rays at least every 6 months. He has a great team of dental assistants and Juanita, his office manager, is awesome and caring as well.

I have been Dr. Hong's patient for a years, very happy with their service, I made a appointment last month for cleaning my teeth, but one of my tooth the filling stuff fell off last week, today I asked Dr. Hong if he can do filling my tooth with cleaning same day ? I know filling up the tooth needs long time appointment, I am ok to come back again just for filling, but when Dr. Hong knows my busy working schedule, he squeezed me in to do filling tooth without hesitation.

He is excellent Dr. I never have this good and comfortable feeling after filling is done, Thank you Dr. Hong!!!

Dr. Hong and Juanita have taken care of me and my entire family for 20 + years. Including immediate and extended family. Juanita up front has always been super helpful to us and has always made herself available. I owe my clean pearly whites to them!

I have no complaints. I have been going to him for years. Makes me feel very comfortable and that’s means a lot to me. I never have a problem getting an appointment there. And his staff is awesome.

I went here for years!! Until Saturday when i had an accident and needed emergency dental work ....i got heat stroke, fainted and fell on my face busting my front tooth. I called because they claim to do emergencies and they didn't want to come in on the weekend to help me. RIDICULOUS!! I was a patient for over 10 years.
